Horrific experience. Terrible communication skills. The doctor never showed up to my first three zoom calls, leaving me sitting on a zoom waiting. When I asked Why they missed all these appointments they just say sorry for the inconvenience. It seems to me like they are all about money and do not put their customers first. If you were dealing with mental health issues and want to be disappointed, even more than you already are, do yourself a favor and find someone else

Warning - Doctors offices such as New Age that do not accept insurance are NOT subject to HIPPA laws. If something happens you have no recourse. Since the provider was never on time for appointments (like 5 hours late consistently) I decided to change providers. Now New Age will not issue a letter of release to my new provider.

One of the best psychiatry I've found is New Age. When it comes to mental health, the staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. Since I've been seeing them for a few months, my anxiety and depression have significantly improved. wherein, if there's anything like it, my depression is of the greatest magnitude🤣

Should someone require mental care, I would heartily suggest this practice.
