Was overall disappointed in the value and service. We booked the ferry and 5 nights at the Hilton in Bimini. The loading and unloading procedure for the ferry is very chaotic. The parking fee was an additional $120 and then the resort also charged us and additional $250 resort fee. Sorry but all the extra fees on top of what we already paid made this whole trip not worth it and to make it even worse the people who work at the front counter of the Hilton don’t ever smile or make you feel welcome.

I booked a trip at an ALL INCLUSIVE resort and when I arrived today, I was told I don't have an all inclusive package. I was charged an all inclusive price, but did not get it. They pocketed the difference and scammed me. As a travel agent, I will not be using this company as a vendor and I will have my agency do the same. UPDATE* After you pay, that is when you sign a disclaimer and it is non refundable. The site says EP non inclusive (European plan), but if you want the inclusive, to select The Lighthouse Resort package, which I did. The wording used is misleading and I did not misunderstand anything. Buyer beware!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF MONEY. I had booked this trip for my boyfriend and I for his birthday when the date for our trip was approaching my boyfriend had gotten very sick and wasn’t able to go but insisted I still went. A few days before our trip I called gobahamas plus and asked if I were able to change the name on the reservation the gobahamas plus agency assure me that I can for a fee of 50$ but I had to do it at the gate since the travel documents had already been sent out. I live about 3 hrs away from the port and had to be there at 6am. Once I drove 3hrs after waking up at 3am to make it there I was told I wasn’t able to change the ticket and had to purchase another for 150$. Terrible business I will never recommend them to anyone. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and book an actual cruise with royal Caribbean or carnival. They don’t even deserve 1 star my experience was THAT bad.

What ever you do, DO NOT book anything with this company!! This company is just sketchy and unprofessional to say the least. We booked a cruise in which we paid over $1000 back before Sept 2017. It was canceled due to the hurricane as a result we were supposed to be fully refunded. However, we have been waiting since Sept 2017 to receive our refund check.. it is currently Jan 2018!!

We have been lied to, mislead, and ultimately given the run around by this company. At first we thought like any refund it would be refunded with original payment method.. WRONG!! We waited weeks with no refund and no call.. I finally decided to call travel agent we booked with to get an update. She claimed that they switch merchants and wasn't able to give a refund.. SERIOUSLY!! She told me that my only option was to dispute the claim with my bank in order to get refund.. which doesn't work with your bank for obvious reasons! .. you are disputing a claim you actually did pay for..

Well, since it was "my only option," I tried. No luck of course. So, long story short I called back and was then told that the accounting department would have to cut me a check for refund amount. We are still waiting for that check..

Update to now, the cut check sat on some ones desk apparently for week and a half and after multiple calls and being hung up on I finally got them to send check out in the mail. Or so I thought.. the check apparently magically disappeared! Accounting dept has no idea where it is and now they are making claims that they don't owe us the full amount.

We are still fighting with this company to receive our refund we are owed..

This is the first review I have ever written negatively about a company but If it can save one else the headache and frustration then it is worth all the time explaining our situation.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!

getting aboard ship was fast and easy. Rooms were excellent food was excellent and the entertainment was the best. On arrival to resort we were unable to get our rooms until 3:00 pm this didn't work out very well considering the time we had to debark ship.
resort was very relaxing on the beach but service in our room well not so good, it took two of our four days to get tv fixed, we had mold in our shower floor that was never cleaned and when in the shower water went from extremely hot to very cold. When stepping out of shower there was a door stop with the rubber insert missing which hurt when stepping on this. The one thing that upset mainly me was the resort would pick up our bathroom linens around 8:00 am and not return until late in the afternoon. We would return to room to shower and have no wash cloths or towels. Front desk would tell us tell have to clean them before returning.(ADVISE RESORT TO BUY MORE TOWELS AND DONT REMOVE FROM ROOM UNTIL YOU HAVE THEM CLEAN !!!
