This tour was purchased for us as part of our honeymoon, we arrived ahead of time but the Guide did not show up for the pub crawl. We saw another guide who was just finishing the regular tour and told us our guide should be there shortly. We found out after checking the website that our tour had been cancelled, zero notification from the company to us or anyone else booked on.

The other 7 people booked on the tour were locals so we went on our own ghost tour that one gets a 5 star review.

Colleen was a wonderful tour guide. She is a great story teller and the entire tour was fascinating. Even if you don’t believe in ghosts, the historical knowledge she has will keep you interested the whole time. Definitely recommend!

We did the bar crawl and had a blast! Colleen is a great guide and really pulls you into the local legends. She went above and beyond for the tour and you can tell she loves ghost hunting and she brought some ghost hunting equipment. Would definitely recommend. It's not just bars she does houses and bars and it's a lot more fun and you can hear. Some bar crawls they just go in bars and it's loud this one is laid out great!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Tour!

I booked the Amelia Island Haunted Pub Crawl for a fun night out on my birthday back in early July. We were promised a haunted pub crawl with stops at several bars, but our tour guide, Colleen, never showed up. Instead, we were awkwardly merged with a family-friendly ghost tour that wasn’t what we paid for.

The tour guide who took over tried to do the pub crawl at the same time as the other tour, and everything was rushed. We barely had time for one drink at the first bar, which was about to close within the last 8 minutes of being open. Despite staying on the tour for over an hour and a half, we never made it to another bar. To top it off, the souvenir we were promised never happenes either.

I contacted Colleen immediately after the tour, and she promised to resolve the issue. It’s been over a month and a half, and I’ve received nothing but silence. No refund, no follow-up, nothing. After checking other reviews, I’ve found that this isn’t an isolated incident—others have had similar experiences.

If you’re looking for a legitimate ghost tour, look elsewhere. This company is scamming tourists out of their money. Save your time and money, and avoid this tour at all costs!

I've done ghost tours and haunted bar crawls in many other cities. So a few years ago we signed up to do the haunted bar crawl with friends. They booked a tour for Sunday night at 8pm and then when we showed up informed the tour group that bars closed early on Sunday nights so unfortunately we wouldn't have time to go to any but we could still do the haunted part of tour. None of us had brought water because we'd assumed we'd be drinking along the way. At least at that time it was a good haunted tour with a lot of sites and good stories.

When my nieces and nephews were visiting they wanted to do a ghost tour so I took them on the regular haunted tour. I thought they'd enjoy the stories I'd heard on the bar crawl. Big mistake they combined our haunted tour with the bar crawl tour. the tour guide stood in the bank parking lot talking for 30 minutes. The poor bar crawl people only got to stop at 1 bar while the rest of us stood outside and waited while 12 people went to get a drink. The tour guide spent more time showing us pictures on his ipad than actually telling any stories. In 90 minutes we'd managed to make 3 stops. Half the bar crawl people cut out to go to bars on their own. When we got even with where I'd parked our group decided to take off since it was already 9:30 and we were showing no signs of heading to the cemetery.

Don't sign up if it's supposed to rain because they do not issue refunds. Don't sign up to far in advance. Signed up for two different tours in August for our October girls trip. Guess what was supposed to rain the entire time so we cancelled our trip. We had a hurricane in Augusta GA and couldn't have made it there even if we tried. They still wouldn't refund the money.

A lot of history - low on the spirit side. None seen except the guides pictures on an ipad? Actually said you can only see these spirits if take picture then can maybe see. Our tour was mixed in with a bar tour. so must wait outside while bar visitors got drink. Just come prepared. perhaps a different guide does it differently.- it’s 90 minutes

Coleen was amazing and puts so much work and thoughtfulness into her tours. My husband and I ended up being the only ones so she tried to make it special. We greatly appreciated it and loved all the rich history! Definitely recommend. It’s so much fun to learn from someone who loves their work.
