Today i met Juanita and she made me a loyal customer just after a few minutes. She was attentive and incredibly welcoming and i truly never have experienced superior customer service like this. UPDATE Aveda corporate saw my review and allowed me to exchange all of my products I couldn't use. So happy. Thanks Aveda!

WARNING. If you have products that you haven't used sitting on your shelf, you may not be eligible to exchange them. I went to this store today hoping to exchange about $450 worth of products and they said no. They took $180. I thought about it, and am very disappointed because I've spent a lot of money with Aveda over the years. I love their hair products, and have fallen in love with their hydrating serum. But I have to rethink how important that is when spending money with them again.
