Perdi mi turno y demore 6h en cargar muy lento una sola puerta no hay parqueo de noche pero al cruzar la salida te puedes parquear en la calle no hay problema

⚠️ Driver Beware ⚠️
Appointment set for 7PM. I arrived for 5PM. and docked for 6PM; I had to wait for other drivers ahead of me to be loaded. Loading completed at 7PM. Fast and punctual. Night staff was friendly and professional.

There is a night and day difference between the day shift people and the night shift people. The night shift gets things done, and the daytime people slack and will look for any excuse to send you away. I don't recommend coming here during the day.

Slide tandems to the rear. Be prepared for tricky backing as you won't have yellow guided lines while docking. I personally called both Google and the door phone number, and neither resulted in anyone picking it up. I had to wait until I saw the forklift guy hand the driver his paperwork to make my presence known, and that got the ball rolling. Overall, the night shift experience was good.

Fairly to load but, I've never been shaking up that much waiting to load. Extremely rough on equipment. I won't be surprised if they broke something.

Went there for pickup. It’s all the to the back door no# 15, you need to check on there. Don’t go inside just open the door and someone will come out. I was 2:30 hrs earlier than my appointment time and they were cool to load me within 30 minutes. Tandem all the way back. Plenty of space to back up. Good people at the loading dock, very friendly.

No facilities and previous drivers are right about day crew. Got checked about 6:20 for a 07:00 appointment. Waited over an hour after lining up to dock for someone to inspect and break seal. Answering the door buzzer is optional for them. After waiting nearly an hour for someone to break seal I buzzed at the door and no one responded. Otherwise it’s easy to get to and an easy dock to back in to.

I don’t know what it is about the people in Missouri city but they or very rude this is the third time I’ve been held at like I was a kid and had to keep my self from slapping the hell out of somebody y’all need to learn respect you don’t yell at somebody because your having a bad day
