So far very disappointing service. Product Advance has not placed my website on internet in spite of the fact I gave them my login info. They are not answering to my email or phone. I will contact Federal Trade Commission, Consumers Affairs and other agencies if I don’t hear from them and they don’t resolve issue within two weeks. Finally I will take them to small claims court for my money, time and attorney fee

Working with this company was a breeze. I just created a new website with them that consolidated my blog and an old website into a new more user friendly site. The technical people I talked with were MORE than patient with me as I made this big move. Not only did I have a very helpful tutorial session, but even afterwards as I fiddled around with the new site I was a able to call and get help. And on top of everything else, they did a great job of incorporating the ideas and themes I wanted in the new site. Can't say enough positive things about Product Advance.

Most of the reviews on this page concerning product advance MUST be fake. I should've known. When I hired them and questioned the bad reviews, they bad mouthed the customers that had placed the reviews. The response time for this company is horrible. However, if they're collecting hosting fees and/or website payments from you, they will repeatedly email & harrass you. They may email you, but don't expect them to call you.

I was battling a serious illness for 10 months & did not have access to email. Based on verified phone records, not ONCE did this company reach out to me to remind me to pay my web hosting fee. As my health was in jeopardy, that was not my first priority .Once I recuperated I phoned them to pay my balance and restore my website and they told me all files for my website were deleted and that there's NOTHING they can do for me. The rep told me it's not his problem & I should've read my contract.

I paid $2600 to this company and because I was hospitalized and unable to pay the ridiculously overpriced hosting fee, they delete my website! I'm currently in the process of hiring a lawyer to battle this horrible company in court. This is just ONE of the many issues I encountered with this company. Additionally, be prepared to hire a web master to make changes/manage your site or pay ridiculous hourly fees. I will be leaving a bad review for this company on every website I could find online. I hope to save others from making the mistake I did when I hired this company. WARNING: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

The sales representative ensured that the $400 e-mail list my company purchased was updated a month prior to purchasing. After using the list, two of my e-mail marketing companies verified that 80% of the list was out-of-date, and the addresses were no longer in service.

The sales representative called many times throughout the week when we were in the purchasing process, but never called once or e-mailed back when we needed help. Also, an incorrect list was delivered initially.

I do not advise using this service, at least for e-mail lists.

I've had many opportunites to be disappointed because of my lack to tech experience in the past but the people at Product Advance made me feel comfortable right from the start. My lack of knowledge was not an issue. They answered my questions courteously and offered suggestions in a way I could understand. As a result I got exactly what I needed in a timely manner. There's nothing like working with real professionals you know you can rely on. I've told my friends to tell their friends about the great work you get. They really know their stuff.
