The staff is NOT professional and have a lot of attitude towards all customers. Lots of shouting between staff members while I was in the store for less than 10 minutes. It is not a very big store, so I don't understand why the staff members shouting to one another from the next aisle over. I had a a great experience at the old Town Scottsdale location

I left embarrassed. I entered the store today in hopes I could buy a decent pair of scissors to cut my son's hair, but was met with a call out across the store from an employee demanding what I wanted. I quickly explained and was told to go else where because the store was for licensed professionals only. While the policy seemed strange (that only licensed people can buy haircutting scissors), I can understand and move past that. What bothered me was that I was singled out between a female customer entering immediately before me AND after me. Why was the employee rude and abrupt with me but didn't give them a second thought? Can a man not cut hair?
Again, it's not the store policy, but it was how I was treated that bothered me. I hope CosmoProf can address this issue.

Customer service is horrible and so unprofessional. I went in and asked a clarifying question about the price of something that was far higher of a price then the shelf price said and the cashier replied, "thats what it says" in such a condescending tone. Left a horrible taste in my mouth and I'll go elsewhere for the product I need.

I love coming in here, every time I’m here I feel welcome and feel like I can ask anything. Today was different though, being a young stylist has its pros and cons but I felt very uncomfortable. As I came in I was welcomed like any other day. Though I felt like Karen was suspicious of me. I didn’t feel welcome while being watched over while looking for the right color. I almost couldn’t enjoy my time there. Overall not a very good experience today.

CosmoProf is always organized and has everything I need from brands I love. The staff is usually always helpful and kind. Well stocked and a huge variety makes this my go to for salon supplies.

They're usually out of stock of whatever you need. If you're a stylist you better talk to your rep. However the new manager absolutely makes up for the prior messes the company created.

Had a horrible experience here today thanks to Chase and Jordan that led me to calling cosmoprof customer service to complain. The employees here are usually hit or miss with professionalism and such but today was the worst. Yelling and being rude to customers should never be acceptable behavior as an employee to customers. Get your act together and have 1 person keeping a head count of the number of people in the store so you don’t yell at customers being let in by your own
co workers.
