Excellent service - my order arrived quickly. They included some extra tiles as they thought the purple tiles I ordered looked a little brown (variation between batches no doubt) - very thoughtful. In fact all the tiles were suitable for my project, so very happy with them.

Brilliant, fast and efficient service. Orders arrive within a couple of working days. The tesserae are gorgeous and carefully packed. I ordered the tools too and all of excellent quality. It has been fantastic to have the opportunity to start this new hobby during lockdown and to have a superb source of high quality from a reliable and professional company. Fantastic service again. Having thought I would be unable to finish my latest project as the shop had run out of some glass blue tiles I needed, imagine my surprise on opening my recent order to find the owner had slipped in some he found in the odd bin. How kind is that. Thank you

I'm lucky enough to live locally to the shop. If you are able to then do visit, it's a great experience. But be prepared, you'll want to buy everything.
They adapted well and quickly to the Covid-19 situation. I received a well packed large order the next day.

Very professional, efficient service and excellent products. The staff were always most helpful, knowledgeable and easily contactable. I would definitely order from them again. I had tiles left over afterwards that I no longer needed and they kindly refunded me. Excellent all round service.
