Make sure you are opening the box and actually see the product you are buying. As I found out (first in-store purchase, second all together), their sales are final.
I headed to the store with my 2 little children. The lady there approached me, and I asked her for purple series eye and night cream. She gave me an eye cream and looked for the night, then she gave me a box saying it would be good for the night, as it did not contain SPF. After a moment she handed me another box saying this is a night cream. I didn't even think for a moment to open it, as I was specific for what I asked for. I realized the mistake back home.
I put the jar back in the box and went back to the store only to find out they would do nothing. I called and spoke to a manager with the same result.
I feel SCAMMED at this point. I would take the eye moisturizer instead.
Oh, you want a banana? We'll give you plantain, it's just like a banana.
I'm so upset with the whole story.

I had a great experience shopping at this Cosmetic Company Store today. I don’t really write review but they are too sweet, nice and professional that I have to write about them and let everybody know. Ashley and Erin help me today. Erin is super patient and smile all the time even I keep asking her question and she always reply me with nice smile. Ashley help me with some question I ask and patiently explain to me.
I didn’t bring my kid today but I saw there’s client who bring the kids today and the store people were really friendly and nice to the kids. There’s even a little boy who took the cosmetic plastic box and play and I see Ashley just make sure he didn’t get hurt and make sure it’s not glass. The boy’s sister then took the plastic box away and put it back, Ashley even told me that is a good sister there she’s really sweet and good with kids.
When you go to the store look for Erin and Ashley they are the BEST.

I have been going to this store for many years. However, I have moved from the area and don't get back to this outlet mall often. They sometimes have really good deals and other times not so much. They don't carry all colors for all lines of cosmetics. They now have some Aveda products. The issue I had last time I went is that the price is not marked on each item nor was there a sign indicating price on most things. The checkout line was long and had to wait just to ask what each thing cost. I got a couple things but not as much as if the prices had been clearly marked.

Visited this store recently and it is disgustingly nasty. Trash is overflowing, testers haven’t been cleaned in who knows when. Shelves are extremely dusty and dirty It’s hard to find what you’re looking for because it’s so disorganized. The counters are cluttered. The floors are nasty. Leaves had blown in from the sidewalk all the way to the cash wrap and not swept up. The new manager seems not to care. I can’t believe the district manager looks over the sorry state this store has become. Estée Lauder being a very reputable cosmetics company should pay more attention to ANY management that overlooks these inadequacies. I’ve been in some pretty bad thrift stores that was cleaner and more organized than this place. Zero to five stars, I’ll give it a double zero.

This store is unbelievable, the white lady in the front door name Nattaly allow 4 white customers to cut the line while other 20 people waiting in line on the Black Friday. I asks to speak to the store manager and her responds was the manager is not working today. Really? I called the store number and no one pick up the phone.

Cassie, Ashley, Hannah , Natalieand the manager Kim helps me everytime I go in. They are hardworking and ring all my items very carefully to make sure there are no mistakes. This is probably one of my favorite stores. The manager the assistant work together and provide service that is personal. I appreciate this and I feel special when I go into their store. I can tell they are short staffed like all the stores but they keep going with a smile. The manager merchandises the store beautifully. I can tell she takes pride in her store. The amount of stock is great.. I always find goodies when I go in. If I call they always take the time to offer help and I don't feel rushed. They offer suggestions on products and show me new product. Kim is really professional and I appreciate all these hard working women. Thanks you guys!!!!

If I could, I would give them zero stars. The manager is completely unprofessional and rude. Her employees are ill-informed.

I recently purchased a bottle of foundation from the store in Dawsonville, GA. I was told by one of the associates(Natalie W) that due to covid-19 protocol, they’re unable to assist in color matching for the customers. I specifically asked if I may exchange a product in the event of the shade not being the right fit for my skin tone, to which she answered that I could as long as I exchange from the same brand.

I returned to the store (which is 25 miles away from where I live) on Saturday May 21st to exchange for the correct shade. I was told by associate Erin that it was against your store policy to exchange or return anything that wasn’t defective. Since this contradicted what Natalie told me on my initial visit, Erin told me that she would go speak with her manager. We waited patiently for the manager to come and speak with us, only to be met with an unjustified, utterly stand-offish attitude. She restated the store policy, and told us that there’s nothing she can do for me. No apology, no regard for how I was misled, inconvenienced and lost money on a product I can’t even use.

Upon exiting she proceeded to tell us to have a “great rest of our day” in a sarcastic manner. My boyfriend who was with me at this point and witnessed her behavior went back in and spoke with her again. He voiced how neither of us appreciated how she as the manager chose to handle the situation. She then replied to him and said “Just so that neither of us are wasting our time, why are you here?” He asked why she found it necessary to be so rude to us. She then said “I show respect to those who show me respect.” My boyfriend then asked her when either of us were disrespectful to her. She responded saying “You were rudely staring at my employee when she went to get me to cone and speak with you.” He replied, informing her that we were just talking casually amongst ourselves and waiting to see if she was coming back or if she was helping other clients, which wasn’t even an issue. He then told her that even in that moment, she had just been rude to him, implying that a conversation with him was a waste of her time.

After that he told her that our expectations from her as a manger would be to give an apology on behalf of her team as a bare minimum considering we were provided misinformation. She then said “So are you just here to give me a lecture?” He then responded and said “I’m just telling you how I would have handled the situation from one manager to another, and I’m simply giving you feedback as a consumer.” She then said “If your girlfriend wants an apology then I can give her that, but she’s not getting an exchange or refund.”

He then said thank you and left, and she told him to have a good day.

While I completely understand the store’s policy and if it had been made clear at the beginning, I would have been fine with the outcome. But overall, this has been a terrible customer service experience and the unprofessionalism and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable, especially coming from the manager of the store. As a manager, it was her responsibility to fix her employees mistakes, not give the customer unnecessary attitude.
