Had a wonderful 10 days. The only glitch was the airline, but no one can control them. Contact Jessica Richie at Alabama World Travel, she will grant your wishes and will insure you have great time. The staff members of this agency are very polite, attentive and professional.
We experienced sub par thoroughness. This agency booked travel for my mom. They subsequently had to rebook due to COVID restrictions. There was a credit of $400+ after rebooking that was communicated very poorly and the frequent flyer number was never added to the booking. As a result of their lack of thoroughness and their poor communication the $400+ credit expired and could not be used. This agency lacks accountability, integrity and will not take the initiative to resolve the issue on their part.
This incident took place in 2022 but the error was discovered 6/12/2024. We visited the business 6/24/2024 with no resolution even after they admitted their lack of service. My mom has been booking with the affiliates of this company for nearly 50 years. This was quite heartbreaking for her to say the least.

Emily Trione was our travel advisor. Emily is highly professional and extremely insightful. Our trip on this odyssey was 6 weeks in duration covering over a dozen countries.
The logistics alone were incredibly complicated. Emily managed and coordinated it all like a Swiss watch. Her insights and arrangements made a great trip even better. After over 20 years of travel most of which we used one agent and one agency. This was our first with Alabama World of Travel. Emily’s work on our behalf will have us returning again and again.
