Patrick was extremely patient, helpful and thorough throughout the planning of our cruise and flights. We booked late, so flights included with the cruise were challenging to book. There even had to be a hotel secured the night before the cruise because of flight scarcity to get us from where we were in Hawaii to Auckland, where the cruise started. Although we had several questions and things to confirm during the couple of months after booking, Patrick always responded immediately and cheerfully. He was easy to work with and clearly wanted us to enjoy our trip. Everything worked out well, and we did have a wonderful time.
