Jake is amazing at wood floors! He gave us agreat price on our floor, came out and did all the preparation the day prior and installed the whole house in 2 days time! Jake was fantastic! We love the way the floors turned out. Jake was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we knew nothing about how flooring works other than the fact that our carpet was gross. Jake was fast and flawless. Very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he install the floor we wanted in the time we wanted but We showed him problems with existing floor issues that he wasn’t going to be working on and he gave us useful solutions. Jacob was professional, friendly, honesty and great to work with. I live out of town and had to do everything over the phone to have wood (laminate) flooring put down in my son's home. There were many texts, phone calls and emails back and forth. He was very helpful and gave us a great quote compared to others. When it came time to do the work Jacob was very neat, clean and organized throughout the entire process while installing the flooring. We are 100% satisfied with him and his work. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone needing wood or laminate flooring.
