Not only did Autumn put together an amazing itinerary with everything that was on my bucket list but she also added excursions based on her familiarity with the country. My itinerary was detailed, Autumn was always extremely responsive and helpful, and this made for an incredible journey for the books! I cant wait to plan my next solo trip………with Autumn’s assistance of course 😊

Nicole A. was incredible! She helped my fiance (now husband) and I plan the most magical honeymoon of our dreams in Italy and Switzerland. We decided to hit several different cities up, and when we had adjustments we wanted to make before the trip, she was able to help us pivot easily. I think what I appreciated most about her was how thorough and on top of things she was. If I had a question, she was sure to get me an answer right away. She was very honest if logistics were going to be tough or didn’t make sense and gave me so many different options to make sure that the flow the trip was as smooth as could be. She really understood my budget and nailed it with her choice of hotel selections. She made sure to send sweet and thoughtful notes ahead of time to each hotel we stayed at. She had suggestions for tours, must-see spots in the areas we honeymooned in, and thought every small detail through. Nicole also made sure our transportation services were set up for transfers which we were soooo grateful for! This would’ve been a huge undertaking and would’ve been added stress for us if we didn’t have this pre-arranged. I really enjoyed working with Nicole and appreciate her hand in helping my dream honeymoon come to life! Thanks so much Nicole and I will definitely be using you again for our next big adventure!

Best travel agency and agent Laura Anderson ever. She has planned two trips for us. The first was a week long to Vail over Christmas for 8 people. Most were family members. She did not disappoint us at all. Every detail was perfect. She made us dinner reservations and condo reservations, which were on point. We are not easy to please, and she did it.

The second trip was a delayed honeymoon for my wife and I to Cancun. She sent us to Ateliers All Inclusive resort and again hit it out of the park. What a perfect getaway for the week. This was our second time using an agent, but the first one was not detail oriented as Laura was, and she kept in touch with us the whole time to make sure it was perfect.

She was amazing, and Blue Pineapple is lucky to have her.
