I booked my first cruise today for myself and 5 family members through Cruise Hub and Trevor Knight (the agent) was exemplary and professional throughout the call. He checked for the best deals based on cost, dates, and destinations and never rushed during our one hour and forty-six minutes phone call. DO NOT book through them. Book directly through the cruise or find a better agent. Firstly, their customer service is very poor. When calling them for any changes, they keep saying they will call you back but never do. You have to chase them down after you’ve made the full payment. Secondly, they do not disclose complete information. When we asked about a category, they guaranteed an ocean view balcony and did not disclose it was obstructed even after confirming with them. However, the cruise line directly very clearly states at the time of booking the difference between obstructed and non obstructed. Cruise hub DOES NOT and are deceiving. All they care about is you making the payment. Never again. Consider this a warning. Save your time and money and book elsewhere.

Wow wow and again wow ! My birthday trip to the Bahamas is reserved and accomplished ! If I can only truly express the excitement I feel through text then ya will comprehend how overwhelmed with joy and happiness I feel at this moment !
