Sam. What a freaking treasure. She’s incredible at her job, and making you feel comfortable and cared for - while also executing the piercing flawlessly. She painstakingly marked out multiple positions to hone in on the perfect placement. I had almost no pain and zero bleeding during. It’s been about 6 hours since she did my second lobe piercings and I have zero discomfort. She asked if I was flying soon to make sure she accounted for swelling while on the plane and gave me realistic advice and instructions for after care. She’s just a truly kind soul, glitter personified.
The facility itself - clean, well lit and all-around professional environment. The receptionist (I feel bad I didn’t get her name) was so kind and helpful. Truly a 10/10.

I got a second lobe piercing and my 3yo got her lobes pierced.
Sam was awesome with great bedside manner for my daughter. Very playful and chatty to keep her occupied and include her in the process.
Sam was also very precise in her markings and making sure we were absolutely happy with placement before piercing.
Aftercare instructions were very clear and easy to follow. She made sure I had her contact info for any possible follow up that I might need.
10/10 would go here again if I decide on more piercings. The entire shop was very clean with Sam’s area set apart from the tattoo area in a private room and also very neat and clean.

Karen did such an amazing job!! I am SO obsessed with my tattoo. She even got the head tilt! I called ahead of time to see if they could get me in today and luckily they did! This was such a great birthday present from my husband.? Karen worked with me to see how I wanted my tattoo exactly and even took the time to perfect it and I will always appreciate an artist who does that. Thank you!! Highly recommend this shop!! Friendly environment, amazing people, and love the music

I booked with Diego. He’s amazing. Very patient and precise. He talked me through what I wanted, looked at examples, talked sizes, prices, everything! I would absolutely go back for another tattoo with him.

I came in as a walk-in and got a piece from Karen. She's an apprentice, but she seriously nailed it! She was proud, I was proud, and everyone loved it.

Their pricing is good, not nearly as high as I was expecting, and their people are all very talented. I love my new piece and I'm already scheduled for another tattoo with Karen again.
