Came all the way from CT to see THA last night at the England Brothers park and everything was amazing, EXCEPT the sound quality. No words to describe how awfully disappointed we were. First, the microphone failed during the opener, ruining the best part of the song. THEN, once THA came out the bass was set WAY TOO LOUD overpowering all other instruments, making vocals, guitars, etc impossible to hear. Absolutely horrible. Def not the band's fault. You guys atrociously ruined the possibility of listening to THA live.

Would never buy VIP Tickets from this production company concert again. They spilt the stage in the middle. To the left there were GA and to the right were VIP. Not to mention we bought right away as to get our tickets before they sold out and a few weeks later they were running 50% sale. We go to many many concerts and never have we had such a horrible VIP Experience. England Brother Park

I'm not sure why such bad reviews. I've been to several shows and concerts at various venues. Each time it's been a great show.

Extremely unhelpful. Bought tickets over a month ago and never received an email confirmation. I took a screenshot of the information just in case but called to have them confirm the tickets. They did answer the phone but were unkind and derogatory. They tried to say it’s probably in my spam or I didn’t enter my email correctly. The screenshot I took showed my email was correct and of course I already did a deep dive into my email and couldn’t find it, hence the phone call. I’m driving a few hours to go to this event and he couldn’t be bothered to help. He said he wasn’t in front of a computer, but didn’t offer anything helpful other than they can loop it up at will call. So annoying.

Edit. Called back because I’d be more annoyed if I drove all the way there and ended up with an issue. He said to text him my name and he’d check later. Not sure what spoiled his milk today, but I hope things improve. I’ve been so excited for this concert for several months, so yeah, it’s a big deal to me.

On Saturday night, my friend and I purchased 3 tickets for a concert next month. Incorrect email (our error ) was used so we were unable to retrieve tickets or even create an account. We called Deuterman on Sunday morning at 7:00 am and our call was answered immediately, problem solved in under one minute!
No automated system, no waiting for a representative, no hassle or frustration. That's great customer service!

The gates opened at the same time as the first bands set time. Sat in 111 heat index to hear my fave band from the line in the parking lot! Also ZERO water provided or sold. 2 concerts like that. Easy to see their priorities! Never again, no matter who is playing.

Went to Apopka last night to see Little Stranger open for dirty heads. Paid $130 for two tickets and a 2+ hour drive. Gate didn’t open until 5 and Little Stranger started at 5. No way to get through the line in time. Missed the entire set and half of the next. Complete disappointment and waste of time and money. I will never spend money with this company again. Buyer beware!
