Initially chose Digital Art for their good pricing and lack of 'digitizing fee'. The design process was smooth and turnaround time was as promised. However, when I came to pick up my item, one of my (expensive) pieces had the logo screen printed on the wrong spot! All they did was comp me the $9 for the screen print...but ruined by $60 shirt. Won't be coming back here.

This is now the second time they have given me back poor work. About a year ago I had a made that had words that were crooked. Just yesterday I picked up a shirt and the design on not what I wanted and wasn’t in the place we had decided upon. I went to them because they have a quick turnaround but it is not worth it if I’m not getting what I want.

Told the lady I needed the shirt for recording my podcast. You know, where lights are pointed at me! I wait twice as long as I was told for a shirt that lights up like headlights from the glare off the glossy print. "No other surface but shiny" she says when I call to complain. She should have known this would be so reflective. She then says "oh sorry" and tells me where I should have gone instead. Garbage employee and garbage product.
