I'm taking the liberty of leaving you this comment because unfortunately I haven't received any response from the sales team to my previous email.

My wife and I attended the MOTOGP #raceforvalencia Grand Prix on the weekend of November 17 and I must admit that access to the circuit with the VIP Pass was clearly not up to my expectations.

I've been a huge fan of motor sport and particularly MOTOGP since I was a kid, and haven't missed a race for over 10 years. It's my life and my passion, and I'd been looking forward to this weekend for months, which is why I didn't hesitate to spend almost €6,000 between the 2 of us to experience this unique moment.

I have to admit that the “social” experience in the VIP lounge, with its culinary discoveries of the highest level, was just incredible - in that aspect of the weekend, it was magnificent.

However, it wasn't what I'd expected from a sporting point of view and a behind-the-scenes look at MotoGP.
On the program you announce access to the Paddock from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with registration, I absolutely did not expect a lightning visit of barely 10 minutes, all supervised by a member of the team like a dog on a leash.

What a feeling of frustration when you arrive at the Paddock, the very heart of my lifelong passion, in the midst of a hundred or so people moving around freely. I find it insulting to feel watched over when you've just spent several thousand Euros to live this experience to the full!
Same feeling when you finally get down to the pitLane, you're being herded around like animals while others roam freely. Is this really your perception of a VIP experience?

By the way, I'm still waiting for the member of staff who's supposed to confirm when we'll be able to experience a press conference with a driver, as indicated on my program.
It's also frustrating to have paid so much and not be able to enjoy the podium while you're on the balconies above the garages, barely getting a glimpse of a crucial moment of the weekend. It's unacceptable not to be able to go down to the pit lane, to enjoy this unique moment.

Frustration is the word, I asked in vain for an over-ranking, nobody could give me a favorable answer, this weekend was essential for me and I certainly wouldn't repeat the experience.

This in no way detracts from the impressive logistics of organizing such an event in just a few days, following the cancellation of the Valencia GrandPrix.

Despite the disappointment of the weekend, it doesn't in any way detract from my enjoyment of MotoGP, although we certainly didn't have the same perception of VIP status.
