One person in particular Cheryl Roades consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our apartment complex is well-maintained and that residents feel heard and supported. Her prompt response to maintenance requests, friendly demeanor, and dedication to creating a positive community atmosphere makes her, and New Age Real-estate my favorite management we've had at this apartment complex and we have had around 4 management companies since I moved here 7 years ago. My experience with New Age went from wildly mediocre to negative numbers in about 12 months. I am the owner, I had tenants. The manager assigned to my property repeatedly told my tenants things I never said, we compared emails, they lied to me about things the tenants did or needed. I eventually cut the firm out of the comms and just had a relationship with the tenants until I fired these useless lying people. They wouldn't fix easy things and dragged them on for over a month. Billing issues everywhere. They constantly used my rent money like a piggy bank for the property without even consulting me on the amount or if I wanted to fix it myself or use a 3rd party repair team. -1/10 would never recommend at least the team that I worked with under any circumstances. Thank god I swapped management firms.

If you get Jeff or Cherryl, god help you. RUN. AWAY.

I fired a larger size management group because I could never be sure if a condo really had been painted, etc. It became too stressful with several phone calls and often visits to my unit or their office about the same issue.
I like clarity about my properties-condition they are in, work needing to be completed, are there tenant problems and of course are they rented? New Age does this for me. Cherryl Rhoades and I have a great relationship, letting each other know if /when there is a concern.
I can't say enough about how much I appreciate New Age Property Management.

My experience with Krista was beyond amazing! She always responded to my emails very quickly, and has a huge heart. When we needed maintenance on the property, she would get it fixed within 2-3 days. I can't say enough about ERA Property Management.
