I can not get star so I have t gave 1 star. This is jiang Yu stores I booked 4 tickets from them 1/29/2021.(Los Angels ).in June flight canceled .I ask money refund told me will be 30-45 days that fine . I wait wait wait middle august I called told me money will be my account in 3 days. I wait wait again no money back called again said money be in your account 3 days promise I wait wait again no money .I called again and again they are promises like joke . Said call me back 24-48 hours never call me back. Said money in my account never see there today is 11/29/2021 . Now said have to waiting airline to refund. I wait 5 much already . I gave money to golden wings. They should give my money back , like you buy stuff from Walmart after you return to Walmart so do you have to wait company return money to Walmart then you get money back from Walmart? No way I bought from them me they should give money back. I just called today mike tell me to wait again I ask how long to wait now said not sure. I just want my money back . They lie to me said 3 day money back to me few times now tell wait airline to refund if wait airline refund why told money will in my account 3 days few times. I do not know who tell me the trues Jason promised me call me 5-7 days he said he is manager , but not call me back. Least 3 managers I called and promised me call back not call. I do not how to trust them anymore. Who can help me please I just want my money back please please
