I’ve had my business for two years and I initially hired a freelancer from Fiverr to create my logo and website. It was "fine", but I actually felt pretty insecure about my brand image. My experience with grove brands was not at all what was expected after seeing so many high reviews. the process started with numerous one on one conversations of how we wanted to proceed with the branding and logo design for my upcoming project. i was very clear that time was of the essence and that i needed to proceed at a rapid pace. 6 weeks later after many drug out unnecessary questionnaires and "mood boards" i ended up with a very underwhelming and unusable product after paying a $3700 (non refundable) deposit which i believe was completely unprofessional and was definitely not returned after my decision to move on from Grove Brands. I would not refer anyone to use this company for their branding or logo designs as there are numerous better options available.
