What an amazing experience! HotelMaven has been great since day one to the day of our wedding. We worked with Terrina from day 1 and she was excellent, always available, very diligent and prepared. We started the planning process in November 2023 for our wedding on November 19, 2024. All requests we had were granted and she made all the right connections for us to evaluate each hotel possibility. We choose Dreams Vista hotel in Cancun because of the perfect venues. Once we selected the hotel we started working with Angelica Sarmientos and she was our perfect compliment! Angelica gave us the absolutely best advices in order to keep a budget and have the greatest experience. Everything was more perfect than expected thanks to her advices. Angelica was so sweet in every meeting that we felt secure and open to express all our wedding expectations. She was our link to the hotel staff who were also amazing. We worked with Giselle from Dreams Vista and she made our final dream come true. Giselle was the best wedding coordinator ever! Everything turn out to be beautiful, she was there the entire time at our side making sure we were comfortable and having the best experience. HotelMaven took care of every little detail so we could be relax in our trip. They provide a lot of options to include in our package that was for 30 but turned out to be 46. The wedding ceremony venue was a real dream and the reception extremely beautiful. We recommend HotelMaven for every couple that dreams for a perfect wedding with no stress and cool guests that like traveling and parties. We will never forget this amazing wedding! Thank you!

Our wedding team was amazing! The customer service from Terrina, was extraordanary. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful in choosing our hotel and venue. Angie was an absolute dream to work with! We had the most amazing wedding based on her recommendations and all of her hard work in planning, everything was perfect! Lance jumped in and helped as necessary and our website was awesome! We felt so supported by the entire team and the destination wedding planning process was made so easy!

We did have a few hiccups once we arrived on site with some of the room reservations, but nothing that was going to ruin our trip. I would 10/10 recommend for all destination wedding events and travel.

I didn't even know where to start when planning a destination wedding, it was so intimidating, but HotelMaven made planning our dream destination wedding in Costa Rica so seamless from my first call with Terrina! We had the pleasure of working with Matt, Terrina, Lance and Angie who were all so helpful and awesome to work with every step of the way. We ended up choosing the Secrets Papagyo resort in Costa Rica and was blown away by the beauty and the hospitality of the whole staff there. Angie, the wedding coordinator was even able to attend our wedding, and she was a huge help the day of, assisting not only me but making recommendations for a seamless evening and the best pictures. I cannot thank her enough! We definitely recommend using them for your destination wedding planning, they do it all. HotelMaven (or 10K Weddings) were an amazing team to work with. In regards to group travel, we had 100 guests book through HotelMaven. Matt, the director, addressed all of our travel needs, questions, and concerns in a very timely manner. Matt was professional and aside from an instance or two, he responded and handled ALL my guests and I’s requests, which were plenty. Matt is also very knowledgeable on many of the different resorts/destinations that specialize in weddings. Lance was in charge of our wedding website and digital invitations - which turned out wonderfully and was unique to all the typical wedding sites (Knot, Zola, etc.).
The best part of our experience with HotelMaven was Angie, their wedding planner. She worked with us several months before our resort would even correspond with us. Angie worked very efficiently and never missed a detail. She held our hands throughout the entire process and advocated for us to the resort over a few concerns that did arise throughout the wedding planning process. This was such a nice service and feature from HotelMaven.
Overall, our guests had no complaints with booking their travel through HotelMaven and my husband and I would recommend them to anyone planning a destination wedding!

Matt and Angie…… if it weren’t for those two I wouldn’t have had the wedding of my dreams.

Matt presented several options and did an amazing job giving all the information upfront. Now we started planning over a year in advance and that was nerve wracking since the resort doesn’t start planning till 2/3 months prior but Matt did a phenomenal job keeping me in the loop and making sure not only I was taken care of but that all my guest were as well. Booking and transportation were seem less and convenient for everyone.

Angelica was amazing with helping me set up my timeline for the wedding week and day of. That way I had the peace of mind getting plans going and when the resort was finally ready for us she had everything needed executing a smooth process and beautiful result.

If I had the option of planning my wedding again I 1000% would go through Hotel Maven again.
