Just returned from Viking's Treasures of the Rhine River Cruise, using Imagine Going There! You guys are awesome! Everything was seamless and went according to plan; from the booking, the flights, the transfers, the excursions and the extension in Basel. It could not have gone better. Absolutely great experience on our first Viking cruise - Romantic Danube. Carol and her IGT Team helped us every step of the way. As first timers we asked plenty of questions and they patiently answered all of them and provided additional tips as well, including great restaurant recommendations when we were in Budapest. We had an excellent experience working with Carol, Lauren and the Imagine Going There team! We had already done 4 trips with Viking booked directly with Viking and saw a You Tube video about Imagine Going There. I decided to try them out and was glad I did. They worked through all of the details, listened to our requests and made the whole process much easier. Their attention to detail and follow-up with me was much better than working directly with Viking; and did not cost us anything! Imagine Going There Travel was so helpful with our Viking Cruise to Alaska and Vancouver, BC! They were knowledgeable and on top of EVERYTHING! We had our excursions picked out and got a daily itinerary of time and meeting deck! They made it so easy!
Our airline ticketing was perfect both ways and the whole entire experience was a breeze!

When we got home we received a beautiful thank you package with fruit, nuts, caramels, caramel corn and blueberry dark chocolates! Felt like we were still on the cruise being pampered! Thank you for making our 40th Anniversary a dream!
