Extremely disappointed in this stores customer service for multiple reasons.

When in store I asked for assistance to find an item and after the third time the lady told me she didn't have time to help me and if I couldn't find it I should order online or come back another day. (No other customers in line at the time)

When in line the lady at the counter was speaking negatively about customers that use the pickup order option/online shopping because "it's stealing their jobs"

I then placed an online order (for the items they refused to help me find) but they were not able to fill the complete order. I called corporate to cancel order because I was ill and not able to pick up the partial order. They were not able to cancel and told me it would auto cancel. But to add in the online order and they could make sure it would get to me. 2 days later my partial order was "picked up" in-store, but not by me. When I called the store to let them know what happened they told me there was nothing they could do to help and if I wanted my money back I would need to submit a claim with my bank... So now I am in the process of submitting a fraudulent purchase claim with my bank for the stores mistake and carelessness. Reminder when fulfilling an online order it is your job to check the ID of the customer and ensure the process of properly completed.

And you wonder why people are not shopping in store. It is not the convenience of online taking your jobs, it's your lack of customer service and integrity.

Last several times I have purchased items the cashiers have been extremely slow! I’m not one to complain but waiting 20+ minutes in line to check out is very frustrating. Either their current employees need to be trained better or they need to find more efficient workers.

I have Never experienced such a rude manager in my life...i think the other employee said her name was Christine. The item I was purchasing was on sale and rang up at full price, after i showed her the sale price on the box
she rudely said in a loud voice," No you can't have it for that"...she was totally out of control. Several people in line were making comments about her bad behavior and attitude. I would never shop there again.

Google won't accept when I suggest new hours. Showed up at 10 with my kids and saw this sign. I was trying to get Woobles as gifts for my nieces and Joann is the only place in town I know has them. Had to wait around an hour for the store to open. Update your hours.

Edited to add: looks like as long as 9 months ago reviews mention the hours are wrong. Joann, you're not a mom and pop store. Fix this already

Went in yesterday hours are Sunday- Saturday 11 am - 6 pm. 4.9.24.
This place has so much more then just fabrics and sewing notions. They have so many other items.
Food crafting supplies, melt able candy wafers, yarn, scrapbooking supplies, OttLite Lighting, beads, strung beads, Fall decor, Fall floral & vases, plastic, paper crafting & craft room storage, quilting supplies, crafting tables, peel and stick wallpaper, candles, decorative mesh and bows, cricut machines and accessories, paintbrushes, paints and canvases, Drinkware & accessories, just to name a few....

Google’s hours are finally accurate! Decent selection of fabrics and notions (frankly a pleasant surprise they have so many batting options), but the employees rarely seem to care to do any work. There never seems to be anyone at the cutting station or the registers unless there are already lines, and the other day half the quilting cottons were blocked because two of the employees were chatting about something for nearly half an hour. I really wish we had other fabric store options around here, Joann just feels mediocre at this point. (also, as someone else pointed out, everything is always on discount - just put those prices as the damn base prices and stop pretending we’re getting a bargain)

I tried curbside pickup twice and the first time we got yelled at by a grumpy man for not doing the "right" process, and the second time no one even came with our order. Save yourself time and don't use curbside pickup!
