I have been on many trips with this company since my daughter was 6 months old, now she is 12 and we still enjoy all the wonderful trips they offer, my daughter always asks me when our next trip will be. From the bus driver to the tour guide very friendly and fun!!

Late picking us up, not greeting ur passengers, driver coughing and blowing nose the entire 4hr drive with no mask, sanitizer use. NO BATHROOM on Mini bus seating 12. Did not want to rest stop on way back only did so after getting lost, hence needing to refuel. NEVER again, definately gone downhill since 8 yrs ago. Ill be touring with another company in the future.

My mom and I have taken L & M day tours numerous times and have never had any complaints. They are very professional and always on time. Also they take a headcount each time prior to taking off. Which is important. My mom was left when she took Biss Tours before. In a few months we will experience a 2 day tour with L&M. And yes they will cancel a tour if the bus is less than half full, which they do tell you when you pay and I find is understandable as far as business wise.

Listen, take care of your money, don't you ever trust this guys, if you need personalized transportation go else where. I had 42 people group with them, and was really a mess, it cost me the best client ever and a lot of money. Imagine that my group was about to land, and I had no driver, no confirmation, no anything. I payed for an extra driver other day and they only send me one, and I had to redeem money to all the group because was impossible to accomplish what was promised.
Stay away and don't you ever trust this guys.
A an other thing if you travel is Sunday, don't think about it, if you have any problem they will be closed, and they will never answer you the Whatsapp, no matter what they said.
Don't hesitate in ask me any detail of my disastrous experience with them, I will be glad to help.

THIS IS THE WORST BUS COMPANY EVER!! DO NOT USE! I hired 2 buses for my wedding. Both buses had issues (running late, going to incorrect location, trying to end service before contract said it ended, not speaking English) including hitting 2 parked cars and driving away while my wedding guests were on board including my infant nephew. Due to the horrible service this bus company provided, I was not able to get photos with my bridal party or family. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

For many years my Mom and I have been traveling with L&M tours. We never had a problem. We always have a fantastic time wherever we go. I go on many one day and two trips.They do speak English.
