As a vendor I felt it was my duty to pay the talent service fees timely only for M&G to pay the talent months later. Disappointed with them all together as a company. No longer will I recommend them to anyone.

All of the jobs that completed I had to pay out-of-pocket first. It took much longer to be reimbursed and paid than they originally said. I was sexuality harassed multiple times by patrons at multiple different jobs. The stores It happened at said that it wasn't a big deal and that that's just what happens. I complained to the agency in my report and never got any response about the incidents from leadership at M&G. The last place they sent me to was a liquor store where the owner "bullied"me and tried to make me purchase her used bottles of alcohol.... Which I did not tolerate and did not purchase as I was adhering to the guidelines I agreed to by working with M&G. It has been at least 4 month since that happed and I just now received a check. Such a bummer.

Michele & Group is by far the BEST agency to work for! Events are detailed and organized, website for bookings is super easy to use and convenient, and most of all the staff are so friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience with the booking agent Erin was that she can be unresponsive and unprofessional. When constructive feedback was given about that she responded negatively to several of their talent, sharing personal pay rates and private feedback clients had given her on a public forum.
