Similar to the reviews below, I had a terrible experience with New Age Cabinets. For months I was told that my order was being delivered, only to be left waiting while no one showed up and no one answered any of my phone calls or text messages. I went back and forth with Art, my primary contact there, and got every possible excuse you could think of and promises of delivery within the next couple of days. After paying for the cabinets in May, I finally received the last of my order at the end of September after involving my attorney.

Cabinets that were promised in the design were delivered in different sizes. When I asked for them to be replaced I was informed that the manufacturer didn’t make the cabinets in the size used in the design. I also found multiple instances where it was apparent that efforts were made to increase the cost of my cabinets. They are either remarkably dishonest or simply incompetent, but more than likely both.

The final excuse from New Age Cabinets for all of the delays was that their supplier was not getting them the materials that they were ordering. Interestingly enough, I have since purchased a couple substantial orders through this same supplier used by New Age Cabinets and received everything within 5-7 days.

If I could give them 0 stars I would still feel like the rating was too generous.

We have been waiting for our kitchen cabinets for over a month and a half- -originally told they would be ready within 10 days. We called and called and heard nothing, finally been told twice that they would delivered and of course heard nothing again- blew both delivery dates. We emailed and called probably 20 times and nothing. We paid for the cabinets up front and thus far zero response . We will have to seek the resolution in court. Stay away from this company!

The business owner promised us the cabinets within 1week,he took our money and after 3 weeks, we didn't get our cabinets yet. I had to reschedule delivery of our new appliances 2 times already. Not good business .Full of .......empty promises, promises. You can't really on them. My advice, shop somewhere else.

I paid for white glove service and did not receive it on delivery. Be careful unpacking and good luck getting rid of all the boxes

It is very unprofessional to have hours of Operation listed on your website and at your door and not follow them. We just left because ITS CLOSED!!!! Drove all the way here from the city for this BULL! It clearly states OPEN Saturday until 2pm.
