They don't let you try on dresses unless "you are ready to pay today". I was just there minding my own business browsing the dresses, and they were like 'don't knock over the mannequin'. 1) I didn't even touch the mannequin, 2) why do they put this mannequin right next to the dresses if they have to constantly be worried.
When I took a dress out and laid it on the counter, they were upset.

The rudest business I've been to - and I say this as someone who grew up in HK and am used to the Chinese services. I was so annoyed by them I just left. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

The WORST shopping experience I've ever had. I walked in, one out of the two ladies decided to help me. She started to show me dresses, I told her I want a custom made dress. Her response was they're $100 and up as if I am not able to afford it. I picked out the fabric I wanted my dress to be made of (without any assistance). As I thought she would start taking measurements once she took the fabric out of display, she went right back to what she was doing before I walked in (ironing a dress). Mind you I'm the only customer in the store. I waited 15 minutes, and I was ignored. I said, I'll be back and her response was 'mhmm'. May I say excellent customer service, I think not.

The worst experience for shopping. I don't even want to give them 1 star. When we were shop for my wedding dress, they were every friendly. They promised they can adjust the dress and they can make it fit. After we paid everything. OMG is different story. The owner has a bad attitude when you ask to fix the dress properly which they promised it. She's ignore us and pissed me off was that she told her worker ignored us. She was rude. We paid almost $500 dollar for my wedding dress and you can buy online under $100 dollar and look more better than the one I got. What a rip off. We're asked to fix the dress that fit me for my wedding. Is that too much. I'm not going to recommend to go to shop at this store ever.

My experience here was excellent. Went to get a cheongsam for my baby's one year birthday party. Only a small inventory of ready-made dresses, but I usually can fit the ready-made sizes and I was shopping last minute! They had a 50% off sale for Chinese New Year, and I fell in love with two dresses, so I bought one for the bday party & one for our Chinese New Year party next week! The lady working the shop was very helpful, pulling out dresses that were my size. She even gave my mom a discount when she decided she wanted a Chinese fur trim vest for the new year, even though it wasn't on sale because we had bought so much already. Great little shop for what we needed!

FAT PHOBIC COMPANY. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in here yesterday to buy a qipao for lunar new year. When I walked in and asked the woman working to see their qipaos, she responded “for you?!” in the most judgemental way. She then talked about how nothing in her store is my size, and no qipaos in general are “big enough” for my size and I would need a custom one. Mind you, she said all of this while being rude and saying nasty comments in mandarin to her coworker. Which I understood because I speak mandarin…
I understand that not everywhere has my size but the way they handled it was unprofessional. Please do not give any of your business to these woman. I literally went down the street to another store and the women there helped me pick out a qipao they had that was in my size. So I wasn’t as “fat” as they said I was. -10/10

I come here to get my bridesmaid dresses fitted. I’m not the one getting married so I don’t need my dresses to be perfect especially if I am getting them hemmed or taken in slightly at the bust. BUT - not only are the owners super honest and work to help make my dress fit at a reasonable cost, they do an awesome job. I only come here!! Thank you!!

the lady seems not experienced and does not know names of different fabrics. She was rude on the phone and this is totally not language problem but their attitude. I would give zero if I could. Be aware not to go there if you do not want to beg them for help.

We got a qipao here off the rack at a great price. Be sure to allow time though if you need any tailoring done to make it fit perfectly. We'll be sure to come back for any tailored Chinese-style clothes in the future.
