Very unprofessional and do not recommend! The office really needs work on their communication skills. Did not receive necessary information and than was sent to the wrong office. If I hadn't prepared for my procedure for 30 hours I would have told them to get Lost. Wish that I had gone somewhere else.

I recently visited NewAge Gastroenterology for a GI review of my fatty liver, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. The team prescribed me a GLP, which has been working amazingly well. Was a pleasant experience I was scheduled fast to be seen once referred by my primary care staff is friendly and helpful with any and all my concerns and my follow up was scheduled in a timely manner after my procedure.

Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I recently recieved a call from them regarding an appointment, they left a message and it's been hell trying to reach them. I have left 2 messages including my phone number and still no call back or no one answers the phone. Any reason why? UPDATE I finally received a call back, they are apparently having phone issues and it is making it difficult to reach them. They did inform me they are working on resolving the problem. Esther was very nice and kind and understanding of the frustration. Thank you!

I’ve had appointments with them for over a year but I was always told they only do over the phone appointments (which at the time I thought was okay since maybe it was due to Covid and I had a baby so it was convenient). However, I was never given the option to come in person and also only spoke to a nurse practitioner but never the doctor. I liked the nurse practitioner at the time and felt she was trying to help solve my stomach pain. But I really disliked how they would move my appointments without letting me know and claiming someone left me a voicemail or texted me (which I never received). I explicitly said to please never change an appointment without speaking to me personally since I scheduled child care to have these appointments but it continued to happen multiple times. The last straw was my last phone appointment when it was a new nurse practitioner and her solution was to have me do everything all over again (scope, blood work, ultrasound) and claimed it was because I still had pain. I didn’t understand how doing everything again would find the problem if it didn’t the first time. This new nurse also made me give her all the medications I was on even though I would assume this should be in my chart (made me feel as if my health history wasn’t even looked at before the phone call). I felt as if she was rushing me off the phone and was very defeated at the end of the phone call. I wish I had better service in the end because I trusted them for so long.

Can never get anyone on the phone to make an appointment. Waited 2 hours on the phone waiting to speak with a representative. Left about 10 voicemails but never got a call back !
