I bought my first Condo in Naples using New Age Properties. I had rented from them in Miami and Arian Adorno is the best realtor I've had the pleasure of working with. I told him I love Miami but wanted a slower paced place to call home. Low and behold he found me the most incredible, special little place called Naples! He always went the extra mile for me, talking to sellers overseas, late night calls, all paperwork and money issues were almost nonexistent. He fought for me to get the best price and if his home inspector found any issues they were all resolved quickly. I highly recommend New Age Properties. Arian knows his way around all parts of Florida and I couldn't be happier.

When it comes to real state in Miami, you have to meet Arian. He sold me my first home and the process was so smooth. I highly recommend him because of his integrity and straight forward doing business. He knows Miami, Miami Beach and everywhere in between very well.

Do not rent from Arian Adorno unless you want to have headaches, be cheated and loose part or all of your deposit and if you want to pay for all repairs including existing issues. My family rented from him for a year. The floor tiles cracked because of the loose grout which was never fixed even though we pointed out the issue. Exaust fan was not working but you will be blamed for it and he will have fix his broken units with your own money or be blamed for it. our apartment had no insulation so you can hear the neighbors alarms going off at all times of night, so you can forget about peace and quiet fir 12 month. If you are potential tenant stay away from him and this company because you will regret and most likely you will be charged for the things you dint owe and most likely you will not be disclosed about all the issues and once lease is signed you will be screwed. This what happened to my family, so I’m warning the public to stay away from dishonorable Arian Adorno if you don’t want to be cheated or screwed and waste your time and money on bad apartments that he represents. Can’t trust him from my experience.
