Do not trust these people. I have had the worst experience with them. After dealing with them over a years to complete a project that should have taken 3 months they are now stealing out of my account. The fire alarm went off and I was not notified by the monitoring service I am paying for. The police alarm went off and thats how I was notified the alarm went off. I got to my home and tried to call his company for assistance to shut off the alarm, no one answered. My husband and I eventually was able to turn it off. I found that strange because if your monitoring my home, a service I pay for, why wasn't we alerted and why wasn't my call answered? I told Mr. Robert on the phone I wanted to cancel my service. Mr. Robert the owner lied and told me I couldn't. I talked with the fire chief and he told my husband and I that it was NOT true. I sent emails and called for him to cancel my services but no response. Mr. Robert would not answer his phone and they are still stealing money out of my account. Be mindful this company deals dishonesty with their patrons. I would not recommend them. I won't even go into the story about the constant water leaking and messing up our personal items, let alone the water bill. We had to negotiate a small compensation with him. If we didn't say anything he would have either. Unbelievable!!!

Absolutely horrible from start to finish. Things came up missing during install, if something is faulty on their end they make you pay for it, communication is not the best either. Over it.

These gentlemen ( ROBERT and RJ) always come through for me. I've only had 2 very small issues ( at no fault of them) since having my ring bell, and I've been able to call them and they navigate me through with ease. Very prompt and professional.

HORRIBLE....AT LEAST ONE OF THE REVIEWS BELOW IS A DIRECT AFFILIATION WITH THESE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAXIDASICAL PERFORMERS....JAMAL HARUNA.... IT TOOK ALMOST TWO YEARS FOR THEM TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT HIRED TO DO AND THAT WAS ONLY AFTER I HIRED AN ATTORNEY TO GET THEM ON TRACK. DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS THEY SHUT OF MY HOME OUTDOOR SPRINKLER SYTEM AND RE-ROUTED IT TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM THEY INSTALLED. THEY CUT CORNERS AND WHILE THEY MAY HAVE BEEN IN BUSONESS NUMEROUS YEARS...GHE WHOLE OPERATION IS COMPLETE TRASH!!!!
