I have never had to have a car towed before but New Age was first and foremost friendly and kind to me which I truly appreciated. As well as fast and reliable! Best experience I could have had given the circumstances. I wasn’t expecting to have a positive experience as no one wants to get their car towed, but Steven was awesome! Prompt, professional and went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle to the dealership for repairs. Very personable. As a woman who was stranded alone and unsure of what to expect, he made me feel safe and taken care of. Highly recommend!

I can't remember the name of the driver, but he was amazing! Totally helped me out with a tow! He sent me pictures that the car was secure on his truck to deliver to the dealership. He then text message me photos of the car being dropped off at the dealership. Out of everything that I went through today, he was the only saving grace next to my parents who had to pick me up. I am thankful for that tow truck driver who helped me.

I give New Age Towing five stars! Steve was professional, kind, and very efficient! He provided updates on his arrival to tow my car to the shop and also when he dropped it off he provided an update and pictures. He was very kind and engaged my little kid in the process, my kid loves tow trucks! Also was very impressed that he verified that my toddler was in a safe location before he moved his truck. Def recommend for towing services! Also he is a professional and knows what he is doing. He had to back his truck in a really tight spot to tow my car and he made sure my car was thoroughly secured to tow away. Appreciate his services!

The driver, Steve, was awesome. He was very prompt, super polite when he called, and assured me that my beloved car (that I had to leave stranded and inoperable) was in good hands. When he delivered my car to my mechanic's shop, he was kind enough to text a photo of my car showing where it was parked and letting me know it was delivered safely. I completely appreciated that level of service! I know great service and New Age Towing has it. A+ all the way. Thank you!!!

Absolutely the best towing service I've ever had! Couldn't get them to answer the phone at first, so took an Uber home, thinking I'd deal with it in the morning. Turns out the driver had had a longer haul tow to where he had no cell phone service. He made up for everything by coming to my home to pick up the key, and then handled everything for me: loading, towing, drop key in night box at repair place, EVERYTHING!

Steve was great and very personable. He communicated with me regarding his expected arrival time and had no trouble finding our house. He helped push the car into better position for loading, and within minutes it was pulled onto the truck bed. He photographed the car before towing and after the tow, he texted photos showing that the car had arrived at the destination and was unloaded without incident. I highly recommend New Age.
