I can’t thank Dr. Stephanie and her office manager superstar, Angeline, enough for the amazing care and support they’ve given me! From the start, Dr. Stephanie really listened to my concerns about the pain in my lower back and issues with my hip and came up with a treatment plan that’s made such a difference. Her adjustments are gentle but so effective, and I always leave feeling better. Angeline is so warm and welcoming—she makes the whole process easy and enjoyable. They also offer packages that make treatment more accessible and affordable than using my insurance. New Age Wellness and Dr Kern are AMAZING. My lower back was in so much pain from a car accident injury. I had visited 2 other chiropractors, and none of them treated me like Dr Kern. She took the time to truly examine me, speak with me about the pain, and reviewed the imaged (X-Rays & MRI) that had been done, no ones else did this. She explained to me in great detail what was going on with my body, and what the process was going to be for recovery. Let me explain I had 4 herniated disk, my spine was hyper curved, and veering to the right. None of the other 2 chiropractor mentioned any of that to me, and the treatments they did seemed generic for any patient. Dr. Kern had specific treatments for myself, Decompression therapy (I am a strong believer in this therapy), PRP, and Adjustment; tailored for my body. I would say with in 1 month of treatments (2-3 days a week) my pain subsided tremendously. I am so amazed at how much better I feel. No longer do I have pain in my lower back during working out, daily activities, or at work. I am back to feel great, thanks to Dr.Kern and her attention to tailored treatments.
