We have been working with PMP for years with no major issues (one year everyone’s coils had canning but that was unavoidable) lately in the past four weeks we have had four coils arrive damaged insides the coil roll. (That’s a small number compared to the amount we use in a yearly basis) They offered to exchange the products but the first two we were told too late as to save all the damaged areas and we could have received credit but they did exchange one roll and the last one we’re waiting to use the coils until we get down to the center where it’s damaged. Other then thoses things, it’s honestly a very good product that has helped our business grow - the people are really helpful when stopping into the warehouse for pick up.
