We had a great first impression that continued throughout our stay! The Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Everyone commented on the comfortable king size beds and impressive sheets. 2 bedrooms and two bathroom en suites. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and coffee pot. We would definitely be happy to come back again!

We stayed at Austin Four Twelve (#2) for a vacation get-away from Dallas. The cottage did not disappoint. It was clean and pretty. Bed was comfortable and sheets divine. Location is easy walking distance to Main St yet still quiet since it’s a street away. We will definitely book again, and we highly recommend. We got an unexpected bonus: it snowed!

Another wonderful stay at The Farmhouse Gathering! I’ve stayed in 5 of PLH guesthouses and what I love about them all is the pristine spaces, excellent linens, mattresses, and the modern aesthetic they strive for so very well. Their communication is above and beyond and they just the nicest
people to do business with. I so prefer booking directly with them as well. Brenda thank you again for always looking out for me!

AMAZING AMAZING cottage. My husband and I have been coming to Fredericksburg for 7 years now and this is now our NEW favorite cottage to stay in. We will be back. It’s super clean, the host is super nice and the recs for things to do is an added touch. We used the in house car service and it was amazing, great customer service across the board. Oh and the hot tub was amazing too, and we were able to see the stars in the night time. Already planning our trip for next year. 🥹

We had a wonderful girls weekend at the Cedar Haus property! It was perfect for 4 girls with two nice beds and full bathrooms. The hot tub was amazing and the wrap around porch was beautiful. The sheets, towels, and toiletries were all high quality! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed during our short stay including coffee pot, toaster, pans, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and more. It was about a 5-10 minute drive to Main Street and the property is quiet and serene. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is on the edge of town, so just few miles from everything. Yet, it feels like you are in the country- so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again.
