Premiere Model Management is the best in the business. The team is so devoted to catering to their models that not only do they make you feel exceptionally comfortable and beautiful but they also do EVERYTHING in their power to get the best shots, the most diverse shots, the most marketable shots while putting in immense effort for new hair, makeup and environment for each shot so they can market you the best to clients. I feel like I’ve known these girls my whole life and genuinely feel right at home with them as my main agency. 11/10, they are advocating for you!

About a year ago, I attended a Wilhelmina casting, believing that if they liked me, I’d be offered a contract. A week later, I heard back—not from Wilhelmina, but from Premiere. During their initial Zoom call, they painted a promising picture, making it sound like everyone involved would get modeling jobs and start making money.

Then came the catch: they told us we needed to pay about 600 dollars for comp cards and a photoshoot upfront. They claimed this was standard for all new models and reassured us that the investment would be recouped through jobs. Trusting their pitch, I paid the fee, had the photoshoot, and received my comp cards. Afterward, I got one casting for a hair company, but that was it—I never heard from them again.

I now realize it was all under false pretenses. Don’t fall for scams like this. A legitimate agency will not ask you to pay upfront. They invest in you because they know they’ll make money once you start booking jobs. Save yourself the disappointment and find an agency that truly believes in your potential without charging you a dime.

Thank you for your response, Christine. However, your reply comes across as dismissive and gaslighting, which I find unacceptable. As an agency, it should be expected that models who invest significant amounts for photoshoots—like the $600 I paid—are given adequate opportunities and support to book jobs. Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the pictures from the photoshoot and felt they did not meet professional standards.

Furthermore, your statement about reaching out monthly is inaccurate. I have not heard from your agency since July, and that was solely regarding my comp cards. There has been no consistent effort to touch base, provide updates, or inform me about the agencies or brands you claim to have submitted me to. From my conversations with other models who have worked with your agency, many share the same experience—feeling unsupported and ghosted after the photoshoot.

If your belief is that models should feel “lucky” to even get one casting opportunity, that is a deeply flawed expectation and raises concerns about the values and practices of your agency. To anyone reading this, I wish you the best of luck and hope you don’t face a similar experience where your investment is met with inadequate support or unfulfilled promises.

My daughter was scouted in Boca at the Wilhelmina open call. Christine and her crew were amazing and everything they said they were going to do they did. From the introduction call to the photo shoot highly professional and very nice and friendly to my daughter who has never modeled. If you go into things with an open mind and realize Premiere Model Management is there to help you get work and start your career you will be just fine. If you are expecting a Vogue cover on week one you may need to reevaluate modeling in general. Lol. We had a great experience from start to now and expect it to continue that way. I can’t say enough about the care and time spent with my daughter. They are like family and treat you as such. Modeling can be scary and intimidating but the folks at Premiere are straight shooters who are kind and respectful. They will keep it real and get you off to a great start!

Premiere modeling management has been a dream to work with!! My daughter (16.5) started modeling 3 months ago and we were nervous to start the process but everyone at Premiere made things so easy! We had photos done by Cameryn and she was so sweet and professional! The director Christine was so kind and made my daughter extremely comfortable. Summer has also been so wonderful to work with!
