Have had great customer service on three of four items we bought. All of the products have had at least one warranty problem. Once contacted about the issue(s) PP was all over it. Techs came out, had the parts they needed and made the repairs in a professional and timely manner.

The Maytag washing machine has been the exact opposite; five warranty repairs, it has been out of commission for seven of the thirty-one months we've had it. Proven Products (PP) recommended this washer; however it has been nothing but an albatross. While the issues are with the manufacturer, PP said this was the most reliable one they had so we went with it, what a mistake that has been and they don't want to accept any responsibility for it. They have tried twice to get the manufacturer to replace the machine, provide a loaner for the months the machine is down, or give me my money back. None of which has happened.

Called David and purchased a new SpeedQueen washer and drier Wednesday. The appliances were suppose to be delivered on Thursday and I was to receive a call to confirm delivery. Thursday at 2:30 I called and spoke with Jimmy as David was off. I asked as to the whereabouts of my appliances and was told I will leave a message for David. David was off for the day. I asked Jimmy how that was going to help with the delivery that was scheduled for Thursday and he said he had no idea. He told me that I could call the delivery service and I explained that I don’t work for Proven Products and I didn’t set the delivery up. I then asked to speak to the owner and was informed that he only works until noon. I called the Almeda store and spoke to Eric and explained my situation and he offered to follow up with the delivery service. I then about 15 minutes later received a call from the delivery service where I was spoken to like I was a fool. The man said “well you ought to be smart enough to know you can’t deliver appliances on the rain”. I asked the guy why can’t appliances be delivered in the rain? He then speaks in an even more condescending manner telling me that anyone with common sense knows you can’t deliver a washer and drier in the rain. He explains he delivers appliances in a pick up and they will get wet. I then told him I have bought appliances from Home Depot, Lowe’s, Best Buy, Sears, Montgomery Wards and others and NO ONE has ever delivered an appliance in a pick-up. I then called back the next day and asked to speak to the owner and a Lady name Michelle picked up the phone and basically took up the same poor attitude of the delivery man and Jimmy. Needless to say I will never spend another penny of my hard earned money with the RUDE personnel of Proven Products.

TLDR: If you have any issues, file a credit dispute immediately and don't expect help from Proven Products.

Buyer Beware! We purchased a new Speed Queen Washer and Dryer on 7/15, delivered 7/17. The washer broke on the very first load of clothes and it took 3 days to get a repair man out to open the machine and get our clothes out. The repair man also determined that on top of a latch issue needing replacement, there was buildup inside the machine causing other parts to also need replacement. When we contacted Proven Products about the issues they expressed concern but no solutions to selling us a bad machine. It has now been over two weeks without a working washing machine and we have no idea if/when the washer would ever be properly repaired. We should not be having these issues on a brand new machine. You might get lucky and purchase a product that doesn't have issues, but if you experience any issues whatsoever, don't expect a resolution from this company. We are now having to work through our credit card company to get our money back on the bad equipment sold to us.

Update: Jimmy is very nice but he politely informed us that he works for the owner and if the owner wants to stick it to customers then that is what they do.

Second Update: After disputing our transaction with the credit card company Jimmy quickly called to tell us the owner had suddenly authorized a replacement unit be sent to our house to replace the broken one. While I was skeptical, Jimmy assured us one would be delivered between 9:00-9:30am the next day. At 9:15 am the next morning Jimmy called to inform us that he would actually not be delivering a replacement unit unless we removed the credit card dispute. I told him I would happily remove the dispute once the unit was delivered/replaced but Jimmy and Proven Products refused. I'm not sure if they even had a second unit to offer or were just playing games to get me to cancel the credit dispute, but either way, they wasted my morning.

The words experience buying there!!! I bought a brand new speed queen washing machine from Proven Products and it lasted me 2 weeks after broke the same day I bought it. I have gotten nothing but the run around from this company. It has been weeks and I still have a brand new broken speed queen washer. I have called thousand times talk to the lady they don’t care even the técnico said the a lot of lies and even left messages and I am mad disappointed in this company and this purchase. I will never use Proven Products again, and I recommend you don’t either.

I bought a brand new speed queen washing machine from Proven Products and it lasted me 3 washes and broke the same day I bought it. I have gotten nothing but the run around from this company. It has been weeks and I still have a brand new broken speed queen washer. I have called several times and even left messages for the owner asking him to please call me back, and on my most recent call I was told that he does not do call-backs or work on weekends. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in this company and this purchase. I will never use Proven Products again, and I recommend you don’t either.

I recently purchased a dishwasher to replace an old one that is broken and unusable now. Eric had great customer service and directed me to a model with features I asked for. Got it installed a few days later, and that team was real professional in hauling out the old appliance and installing the new one. Will try to purchase here again in the future.

I went strictly for a pick up only. The purchase was done by the owner and I facilitated the delivery. Like hotshot. Upon arrival at store, you have to have a mask on before they pop the electro-lock to gain entry. Upon entry spoke with the customer relation person about the pick up. Notified another employee about the PU, was directed to bay door 3 on the side, I waited and waited. 17 minutes later an employee appeared with fork lift and product. Place on trailer and Strapped down I was ready to go. Over all...small parking in front...not for trailers really, covid conscientious and human contactless. Friendly people.
