Our year could not start better. Their staff are perfect and fully available hosts. As soon as we cross the door we feel like home. The apartment is in conformity with the website photos. Everything is quality and good taste. The apartment only lacked a broom, we called the staff and she said the unit came with free cleaning service but sometime we wouldn't want to be disturbed so they made the broom available. The property is conveniently located close to everything, like shopping transportation The street is typical of what one imagines of London with its terraced houses. We sincerely recommend this accommodation and again Quest property agent Becker is extremely helpful and concerned about our well being. We were reluctant to make payment through bank transfer but from previous guests reviews we went ahead and it was all worth it. We couldn't stay in another property we booked in Covent Garden due to our rush back to the States but Quest property rental fully refunded us and we were glad. Now we don't have to spend time looking for apartments when traveling as their management is really awesome with their help and services which made us to subscribe for full membership.

Their agent made us feel more than welcome with everything during our stay! Check-in was brilliant, and the apartment was so carefully thought out with everything you need and more. The location is perfect to get into the city centre and everywhere is easily accessible. Thanks for the best stay and I hope everyone enjoys their holidays as much as we did!!. Do yourself a favor and book this apartment for your trip.

This site is a fraud and a total scam. Stay away at all costs!!!

I made a reservation through them for a short term rental and when it came time to check in they sent me an email claiming that someone has logged in as me on their website and cancelled the reservation and they will refund 20% of the money. I called the building where the apartment was supposedly located and I was told that a reservation in my name by Quest was never made and in fact the building did not even allow short term rentals. Their address is also phony since they list a generic address (One Liberty Plaza at 165 Broadway) with no floor information. The building is owned by Brookfield Properties with no mention of Quest in their tenant list.

I called the number listed against their name and spoke to some called Bryan (probably a false name) who assured me that he would take care of the situations and reverse the cancellation and I would be able to check in to the apartment. He was very convincing but in the end he just fed me a bunch of lies since I did not receive the promised email nor did anyone pick up the phone when I called them again.

They convinced me that my credit card was not working with their site and I had to pay them the full amount using wire transfer probably because they dont want you to dispute charges. They are extremely convincing in their correspondence with you and lull you into complacency but they are crooks through and through.

Now despite having paid the amount in full, I am scrambling to find a place to live for my out-of-town family that arrives tomorrow morning and there is no chance of recovery of my payment either.

Save your time and money and a lot of angst and stay away from these con men!
