Very modern hotel in a wonderful location. The very beautiful Nissi beach is close by, where we could swim and enjoy the colors of the sea. It's nice to spend time at the hotel, there are many entertainment options. A large assortment of meal. The rooms are always nicely maintained. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I hope it won't be the last, that says it all. I rate it only with the highest marks and confidently recommend it to everyone.

Wir wurden mit einem freundlichen "Hallöchen" begrüßt und auch der Service danach war Klasse!
Es war ein Traum mit einer überragenden Poollandschaft, tolle Animation, klasse Frühstück mit wirklich Allem. Die Ausstattung vom Hotelzimmer, die Aussicht, der Strand und auch Fitnessstudio sowie Sauna waren hervorragend.
Die Preise der Hotelbar waren direkt am deutsche Verhältnisse angepasst und somit etwas überteuert, aber der Service war dafür vortrefflich.
Wir kommen wieder.

Avoid This Company – Misleading Listings & Terrible Customer Service

I had a horrible experience with this company. They advertise room availability that isn’t accurate, and once you pay, they suddenly inform you that the room is unavailable.

To make matters worse, they take 7-10 days to process a refund, leaving you in a tough spot if you need that money to book another hotel. They offer no real solutions, and their customer service is nonexistent on weekends—so if you run into issues, you’re on your own.

This company has no accountability and puts customers through unnecessary stress just to get their money back. Book at your own risk! And be prepared to spend last minute extra money on a new hotel then they want to give you voucher for 10 euro I had to pay 200€ extra to get a different hotel.

My booking experience was fantastic! It was quick, easy, and the prices were very competitive. The process was seamless from start to finish, and I appreciated how straightforward everything was. I’ll definitely be using their service again in the future!

I was in the process of booking a trip with Reserving.com. After i entered my payment information i received an email from them saying there was a processing error and the reservation was NOT confirmed and asking me to proceed to a new one.

I made the new reservation which was confirmed this time and discovered i was charged for both attempts. This happened on November 8, over a month ago. I have been in touch with customer service right away multiple times. Even though that was Reserving's mistake they will only proceed to reimbursement if the hotel refunds them.

I booked a hotel through Reserving.com for a vacation, but unfortunately, a hurricane hit the area, and we were forced to cancel the trip due to the natural disaster. Given the circumstances, I expected some flexibility, whether it be a refund, credit, or the option to amend the booking dates. However, despite several attempts to resolve the issue, I did not receive any of these options, and I lost the full amount of nearly $2,000. This was a huge disappointment. While I understand that policies can vary, I had hoped for more understanding in the face of an unpredictable event like this. I would not recommend booking through this platform, especially if unforeseen events occur.

Wonderful hotel! 5* all around. Great service, spacious room and nice balcony and pet friendly. Great location and the best breakfast and scenic roof top bar. Highly recommended.
