I’ve been a loyal customer of RESS Signs in Laguna Hills for many years. However, ever since Jim left the business, the quality of customer service has sharply declined. The current team is unresponsive — they rarely answer phone calls, and voicemails are never returned.

I emailed them our design files and requested a callback. After a full week without any response, I began to assume the business had shut down. I ended up driving there in person, only to find they were still open but short-staffed. I placed my order with someone in the back office, who took down my credit card information and filled out the order form.

Three days later, I received an email saying my payment didn’t go through. So I had to go back again, only to discover that the staff member had written down one of the credit card digits incorrectly. I provided the correct number and was told the signs would be ready in 7–8 business days.

After two weeks with no updates, I called again and left another message — and again, no response. I stopped by their store, and the employee at the front desk told me they had no record of a correct credit card for payment and my signs were not made.

Frustrated, I asked to speak with the manager. Instead of taking responsibility or offering any assistance, he simply said he’d be happy to cancel my order and that I could go elsewhere — without even an apology.

If you're considering using RESS Signs, I strongly suggest you think twice. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is simply unacceptable.

If you are a Realtor and need signs, this is your place. They have everything you need to make yourself seen. They do amazing work and everyone that works there is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend R.E.S.S. they have made a lot of different signs, magnets, and any supplies needed for the signs.

This place was okay. I didn't buy anything because it was very expensive. It has a very bad location. It never has customers, and their are always reserved parking spots. Always people walking around a small private owned workshop nearby. Very loud noices because of the workshop.
