*THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE PORTSMOUTH BLVD LOCATION* (SUFFOLK)

Really Royal Farms?! I know y’all are a gas station but this Mac N Cheese is dry and hard as a brick. Did you attempt to cook the noodles or did you pour them straight out of the bag in to this lil bowl thingy🤔 😡The real slap in the face is that the bowl says fresh & delicious. Says em both right on the front. *Positive From this Experience* I got a bottle of water with your name on it, it was great🤦🏾‍♂️

I have never seen 3 employees move so slow. Six customers all waiting on fries. They didn't start to cook any until they ran out. I did get a free fountain drink. My order has been sitting in a box for 26 minutes. Then the skinny white girl had an attitude with me when SHE took my barbque sauce from me. I paid for 2 of them. The heavier girl politely gave them back to me. Very incompetent staff. They should not be left alone without a manager.

The 1st time I tried chicken,from this location. It was pretty good. So I decided that omw to work& I wanted chicken, I'd stop here. Twice the breast was super dry. So I decided to get legs. Today,the size of these drums are super small & dried out. I noticed I was given 1 extra piece. I guess to compensate. But this doesn't add up. It should've been 2small=1 normal size & I see feathers. 1 isn't even as big as the biscuit .I should've checked the box before I got on the road

We absolutely love the new Royal Farms on 58 East (Holland Rd) in Suffolk. This stretch of road badly needed this quick market and gas station, and deli/hot foods counter. There is a reason that big chicken outside every Royal Farms Market. It is because their fried chicken is so good! Fresh and hot! They also make fresh sandwiches to order. We are heading west tonight but still stopped and got snacks. The restrooms are so clean with the fancy sinks that have touch free hand soap, water and hand dryers on each sink. Candace, the manager on duty was super helpful with our purchase when our candy didn’t ring up at the sale price. She also kindly assisted the man next us as well. We uploaded the app while we were there so we can start earning points because these Royal Farms Markets are popping up everywhere and we are loving them!

We stopped in to grab a bite to eat at 9:00 pm on Aug 6, 2024. The chicken tenders were hot and tasted as if they were fresh out of the fryer. The restrooms were clean and staff very friendly. After traveling for hours this was a nice place to stop and get refreshments

I stop there for a snack before work few times a week and today on 2-4-2025 2:26pm , I decided to get a bowl chicken and potatoes, 1st man behind the food counter was touching everything with his gloves on, then had the nerve to grab 1 chicken strip and break it up, with then gloves on knowing he's touching everything, I'm like naw I'm good , and when I looked in the tiny bowl it was 90% potatoes and 4 little pieces of 1 chicken strip he broke apart, I'm like $7.75 for that , I got a refund and left , horrible and got to handle food safety and safer, I will never ever get food from there again , just nasty and to top it off, he's leaning all in the food with his body and dirty shirt , got to do better for the public and food safety
