This place is an absolute joke! I stopped by to mail a large manila envelope with a shirt in it for convenience. I was told it would be delivered within 2 days as it was being delivered here in Florida. It has not been delivered over 7 days later, and Shipping of Weeki Wachee says they have no record or tracking information for my package, although I have my receipt from them in hand. They keep telling me that they’re trying to figure out what happened and that they’ll let me know. But they never call me back, I have to call them. And when I do, I just get the same story and run around over and over again. How can a company ship your stuff and have no record of it, considering that the customer has a receipt from them saying they did?DO NOT USE!!!

David and Sara were wonderful to work with when we had a large number of fragile items to pack and ship to a few different addresses. They were friendly, helpful, patient, trustworthy, and did a top notch job with the packing. Everything made it without any issues. Their dogs are great too! :-)

After our dad passed away, my sister and I had to ship a number of large pieces of artwork from his home in Florida to our homes as well as to other cousins out of state. We needed help with packaging as well as pricing out the most affordable shipping options. We were very fortunate to find David & Sara at Shipping of Weeki Wachee. They made the whole process easy for us and took tremendous care with our items, which hold great sentimental value to us. We would highly recommend Shipping of Weeki Wachee. Thank you David & Sara!!!

Life Savers!! My boyfriend & I live in New Port Richey and we're leaving for vacation today. While heading north on 19 I realized I have keys that my daughter needs. We stopped in hoping to ship overnight back to my house but Fed Ex was just leaving 😔 After a few minutes of me stressing out about how to get these keys to her, we came up with a solution. They were very accommodating! THANK YOU so much Sara & David!!!

Fought a package to this location for return , did not receive a receipt upon request , was told when a package is being sent back to sender through fedex , that fedex driving would check it in , now 2 months later the package was never returned , the owner David. Has been no help what so ever , our most recent phone call he cut me off and told me good luck and to have a great Christmas while I was still speaking on the issue , a terrible experience with this company I will make sure to let others know not to use this facility , I have the BBB looking unit his company as I type this , with much anger I just wanted to assure my package would get back to spectrum without any issue , unfortunately that’s not the case , the owner also stated his company loses phones all the time . “ a coincidence ? “ I think not, very very unprofessional company

David and Sarah are great. My mail was lost and they were able to help me find it...all the while they were able to handle a rush at the registers! Been going here a long time and have no plans to change that.
