Absolutely great experience at Starling. I was interested in a 2022 Ford F150 and the team made it happen. The vehicle was ready for me upon arrival and Josh and Bobby greeted me and provided exceptional service. We discussed numbers that made sense for both parties and eventually got to a deal. The process was seamless and my fiance and I was also offered food and water during my stay. Both Josh and Bobby also showed me a full breakdown of the sell price and the out-the-door price. They also showed me a hard copy of the Carfax and all of the maintenance that was done on the vehicle and definitely didn’t hide anything. The Finance Specialist named Ty also worked with me and gave me options. He also went out of his way to get me a great option that fitted with my finances. There’s a difference between selling cars and building relationships and that’s what is important. These 3 gentlemen definitely provided exceptional service and I would highly recommend going to Starling Ford for your new car! Ask for Bobby and Josh and tell them Patrick sent you!

Johnny was an awesome salesman. Very knowledgeable and is straight forward. The new F150 I bought had a cracked driver side mirror before purchase and with hesitation, I still bought it with an “IOU”. Starling followed through and had the mirror replaced within a few days once it came in. Josh the sales manager was also a straight shooter and that is much appreciated. Thanks guys!

The most stress free car purchase experience I have ever been through. Sierra Ware, the Sales Person, was extremely easy to deal with. She is very personable, provided pricing details with transparency before I visited the dealership, answered my questions very promptly and was extremely helpful with purchase transaction. The Sales Managers, Corey and Richard, were also great to work with. No hard selling or pressure was felt. The Finance Associate, Raphael, explained everything in detail in a calm easy manner. Found all the staff I dealt with very customer oriented. Strongly recommend Starling Ford if you’re in the market for a Ford Vehicle.

So impressed by Louis and his customers service and listening skills. He overheard me talking about having a newborn, and he sounded like a father himself. He took it upon himself to call us back about a ride service. He coordinated a pick up of our vehicle for service. They had been dropping off a vehicle in mims and would be passing by us. Great work sir. A friendly attitude goes a LONG way. The whole team was awesome in transferring me around their department. All great attitudes and customer service.
