I'm thrilled to write this review for Stone Age Innovation. I'm especially grateful to Andrew. They did an outstanding job installing a countertop at my client's home in Winnetka. From the first interaction to the final reveal, everything was exceptional.

Andrew was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. He kept me and my client informed every step of the way, from the initial quote to the installation schedule.
He was always prompt in responding to questions and addressed our concerns.

The installation itself was flawless. The team arrived on time, prepared, and worked efficiently with minimal disruption.
The attention to detail was impressive. Everything was installed perfectly. It was better than my client's and my expectations.

The countertops themselves are stunning! The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the quality of the materials is excellent. Andrew helped my client choose the perfect stone for their space. It looks gorgeous.

We got our kitchen counters done by these guys. At first, everything was fine until we found that one portion of our counter top was not attached. So we had a slab of loose quartz that was not properly installed. I call them to let them know the situation. The owner tells me that it was installed properly and that sometimes these things happen. He then goes on to tell me that the silicone adhesive just didn't work and to just apply more. I understand the simplicity of the task and could have done it, but we paid for them to do a job that they did not finish. I let him know that there was no silicone used like with the other parts of the kitchen counter. I even sent him pictures of the piece lifting up and the absence of any silicone residue. I also mention to him that we had inquired about a backsplash 2 months before and no one ever got back to us about it. He then mumbles something and tells me to send him the pictures of the counters for the color and he'd check for pieces to make the backsplash. We haven't heard from him since. The contractor that hired this company, relayed that this guy refuses to come to my house. I don't live in a bad area and my house has been newly rebuilt due to a fire, so I couldn't figure out why this guy was being such an a$$ about doing his job like it should have been done. I never play the race card, but I'm starting to wonder. Anyway, I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Sorry for ranting.

Andy seemed to be a good person until he tried to threat his customer due to a misunderstanding. Although his staff did a good job with the work, any threat of some sort was not a good way to treat customers. His work is good, but his attitude and demeanor are not commendable (which are very important business traits).

Working with this company would be the smartest move you made. I worked with them on my new kitchen counter top and I couldn’t be happier! I have the most beautiful granite piece, cut perfectly and even purchased my sink from them. I am absolutely in love with the deep sink that can’t even be found at Home Depot or menards. I highly recommend this company and working with Andrew was like working with a friend!.

They did not install according to specifications and our counters cracked within months of installation. We have a written warranty that that Andrew is not honoring so we will likely need to sue unless he calls and remedies the situation within 2 weeks.

Custom on-site! Seams were amazing. Waterfall turned out gorgeous and we get a ton of comments!
