I am so impressed with the level of customer service, care in packaging, turn-around time, print, and quality of the items. Even the free mock-up turnaround time was a pleasant surprise! We received a mock-up within 72 hours! Our company went with the stress ball laptops with a single-color logo and additional text. The text was crisp and clear, and the logo& text were centered beautifully and were the perfect size for legibility. Shout out to Aly for working with me and accommodating our tight schedule. I was pleased with the first order we placed, so I placed a larger second order. The second order took double the time and I had to keep asking for updates. When I finally received the product it was different and of lower quality from the first order. I was very disappointed, but hopeful that it would be corrected. I reached out to the company right away to either get a refund or a corrected order. After months of little response I was told in September that they would be replacing my order. Then the company went completely silent. I have reached out many times over the last 4 months without any response from the company, and without a refund or new product. I paid upfront in full believing I would be receiving the same quality product as my first order. Instead, they changed the product and the font without my pre-approval. I was patient and kept giving the company opportunities to make this right, but to no avail. Mistakes happen, but to ignore and disrespect a paying customer is extremely unprofessional and a terrible business model. I have told everyone I know not to use this company and our company definitely will never place another order with Stress Balls 360.

Not sure what the story is here. My company does give aways at trade shows and wanted to possibly get the mouse shaped stressball and have it personalized. I spoke to someone about two and a half weeks ago who said he would send me a sample. since then nothing. We never received the sample and I have left 4 more messages with no return calls. At this point I am assuming this is not a valid company. I response to your response below: WE never received it and I have left numerous messages and noone returns my calls

Stress Balls 360 was a great company to work with! They were professional and responded very quickly with a proof of the product before production. I use Stress Balls 360 twice a year (for years!). They are amazing - 'get it right the first time. Can show you a mock up (or several if they think it may look better a different way than what I originally planned), and promise big and deliver bigger. We needed to order some more stress balls which are in the form of hand grenades (my marketing firm is called Artillery). I had ordered some a few years ago and was very please with the price and service but I couldn't remember who it was (darn it).

So I poked around on the internet and found a good price and contacted these folks, got on the phone with them and it turned out to be the same company! Yay!

We got one layout and then asked for some changes (not because there was anything wrong wit the first one) and they happily made the changes, sent me the payment link and now they're here and we're throwing grenades again!
