Terrible service. Our company used SwagUp for over a year. In that time, their international shipping services lost over $800 in our merchandise and refused to refund us. They also completely removed the order from my dashboard and past orders list and blocked my access to their support chat. I never got a response.

I've had multiple international orders get stuck at customs due to improper invoice filing done by SwagUp. Buyer's beware — this company will leave you high and dry!

This is the second time we've used SwagUp to provide swag for our annual company offsite. Everyone was delightfully surprised with their swag. The backpacks and shirts were a hit. They looked fantastic from both a design and a quality standpoint. Working with Grayson was great. His level of professionalism and service will keep us coming back to SwagUp every year for our company swag.

I ordered 50 swag boxes worth over $120 each. Upon arrival I had so so many issues. Everything from the mockups looking nothing like what actually came in the box, to many missing boxes (like what? I paid for these!) to wrong sizing sent to wrong places. It was all truly a mess. I am pretty upset because I would have thought a company that solely focuses on swag would be able to get it right, but no. I now disappointed my entire team at work, and have had to deal with EXTREMELY frustrating customer service. They are slow to respond, force you to submit tickets like really? what kind of service is this. Honestly ridiculous.

Great experience working with the sales and customer support teams. They made it super easy for me to understand all of the costs & timelines to consider while building a swag box. Super quick turnaround time to review proofs, give feedback, etc. they did an awesome job taking the time to understand what swag experience we were looking to send & then offered really great product suggestions to add to our swag box.

We’ll absolutely be working with SwagUp for all of our future projects!

UPDATE: Just received my swag box from SwagUp - amazing quality, super fast shipping, and super easy process to fulfill shipments. I received regular updates during production on how things were going & estimated time to completion. I am so, so impressed by SwagUp & highly recommend working with them!

Agree with many of the reviews posted thus far about the low stars. I also made a substantial order of premium products for my team. They were quick to make the sale and collect payment, but now at almost 60 days in my order is still incomplete and not filled correctly without an assurance it will arrive on time for my team's event.

They need to work on their business and customer support model so that when there are production or vendor issues it doesn't directly pass through to the customers. I am at this point of writing the review doubtful and not reassured after a followup this morning that I will be able to successfully get all my order in time to my team for the holidays.

This is the first time I've worked with them and likely the last time. I have worked with several other vendors in the past annually for swag for my teams without any issues. Look elsewhere if you can.

Swagup provides a good variety of standard options for team and client swag needs. The dashboard is a helpful one-stop shop, though moving the process along with proof approval often needs a customer representative to get involved. This is not much of an issue, because they have a very responsive team. We've been very happy with the products we're ordered, and only wish there would be more novelty items added so we could continue surprising our team and clients with small physical tokens of appreciation, especially in this increasingly virtual world.

I recently sent branded swag boxes filled with branded goods to our customers. The quality of the materials was great and the experience ordering was simple. We are a 100% fully remote team with no office at all, so there's no place to store swag boxes. SwagUp makes it easy for me to request a shipment whenever I want one—one box at a time. Shipping is a reasonable, flat rate. Their international rates are also reasonable as well. I highly recommend SwagUp.
