Totally worth 5+ stars. I came in to this location after having been humiliated at a Great Clips location in Flowery Branch refusing to do my hair. The other salon was rude because I had buildup on my scalp and a coupon. Lauren was my stylist today and she was so nice and she washed my hair and did a scalp treatment before she cut my hair. I love my cut and she did a wonderful job with the scalp treatment before. I am so happy with the treatment I got here. Thank you Lauren and other stylist for your help and service today. You made me feel so good after what I went through with the other Salon. Sorry I just saw that it didn’t click the 5 stars.

If the teachers read the reviews of the schools on Google I hope they read mine. It's really nice coming in here and getting a haircut and helping the students learn off of my hair. Let's just say you know exactly who I am.

Do the students do perfect on my hair? Not all the time but that's okay. They don't get my hair but they may make one side shorter than the other you get the idea lol. But that's no big deal something I can usually fix myself in the mirror. You have to learn somehow!

The teachers know me and they know what kind of hairstyle I like. I try to come here at least every 2 or 3 months. I let it grow out, then they can trim it up. I don't mind being a doll for them. As long as you don't screw it up!

My wife is currently a student at this location until summer started she loved it but now it’s hot and the air conditioning does not work so it is miserable for everyone. She comes home sick because of the heat and this makes her not want to go on a daily basis. As of now we have our rainbow vacuum at the school using it for cooling the air this is ridiculous that these students are spending what they are in tuition and have to bring stuff from home to make the temperature in the building comfortable enough to even be tolerated. The school or the landlord needs to get this fixed before it gets any hotter.

My niece just came home in tears because of how her hair turned out and her overall experience. She came home with two bottles of black hair dye to cover up what was done in the salon. She has had great experiences every time she has went up until today. If you want balayage or anything you have to bleach, do not ask for Molly. Other than that, the salon and the other students are truly wonderful.

Horrible, the instructor in there tonight literally made excuses and lied.. first she said she doesn’t cut hair at all, then said she couldn’t cause of back pain, on top of I was there way before 6pm to get a cut…All I wanted was a simple cut, then tells me I couldn’t get one because of no students.. when I called earlier I was told I would be just fine to get a cut, then she argues with me and went to raise her voice when I was already going out the front door…. This place has gone downhill, it is not like it was before… it won’t be hard to figure who work tonight since she said she is the only instructor there tonight. Shouldn’t be hard for management to figure it out who she is…The instructor also admitted to taking pain pills to get through the day, which I’m pretty sure you can’t be dope up at work or driving… it wouldn’t of been a problem if they didn’t tell me it would be perfectly fine or had me just sit there for 40min. I just watch her walk around acting like she is busy with 2 students. Walk around…. I always had a instructor cut my hair and never been a problem period..

I always get my haircut here. Because it's a great cut everytime but also supports the academic achievement of the students. But today in particular was great. I think her name was Heather she has black hair with Purple bangs. She did a fantastic job by with her partner. My fiancé absolutely loves my haircut and we went to dinner and non stop compliments for me. She is very polite and really cares about you as a person. It's not just a way to make money for her. And you can tell she's passionate.

I seriously could not have asked for a better place to get my hair done... they did such an amazing job on my hair I'm still feelin myself cause it looks so good😍😍.. I had my haircut by Wendy, she was super nice and talked to me about anything and everything which was amazing for me cause I'm very talkative 😅 I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend them to everyone! I have never felt more comfortable and relaxed than I was there and on top of that I got an absolutely great haircut for a very very good price. Will leave another review when I go again... ❤🥰

Went there for a hair cut and pedicure. The instructor not student done the guid cutt shorter then I asked then the student kept asking to make sure it was straight. The instructor kept ignoring my request. I wanted it to be a good 4 or 5 inches longer then it is with a curve cut not straight and layers added. Every time the student went to honor what I wanted the teacher came and messed it up. Would not recommend letting the older white ladies who currently has a tone of faded pink hair help with your hair!!! She shouldn't be a teacher if she can't listen to the clients request. I only use beauty schools and have never had a teacher totally disrespect my wishes I understand if it was the students mistake but it wasn't.
