Mejor servicio Internet para casa y celular

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff (ESPECIALLY JORDAN THE MANAGER) were so UNHELPFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. I had a different store send in warranty and verify the condition of the device. I went to pick up at this location who then tried to say a scratch was a crack. After Jordan scratched at the screen several times to see if there was a protective cover on it. I ended up driving back to the first store who looked at the device again and verified it was fine for the warranty. So they had to cancel the warranty through Homestead and reapply it to their store. So now I have to wait longer to get a device that should have been dealt with already. Mind you it's a kids watch with GPS so now for a longer period I will have no way to keep tabs on my child when they aren't home. All of the staff at the Washington location deserve a raise as they are so friendly and go above and beyond for great customer service. The Homestead location needs a new manager and a total overhaul on employees or they all need classes on what good and friendly customer service looks like.

Win win win 😀Tiffany and Jordan got me an unbelievably good deal on a new phone and service when my old phone broke. My new phone was practically free and the cost of My T-Mobile didn't even go up. Tiffany also made it extra easy for me because she moved all the information from my old phone to my new phone!

I'm a new customer to T mobile and I went to this location to get a new Sim card. The sign said that opens at 10am it's 10:20 and the doors are still locked.
An employee, Tyty was there to work but wasn't a manager yet so she didn't have a key. She kindly explained the situation and that there was no manager to open the store. I believe that Tyty would make an excellent manager and deserves a promotion. As for T mobile, I'm probably not going to keep my plan with them. This isn't the only poor experience I've had, it's also impossible to understand customer service when they speak a different language than me, so almost have the end in sight. Thanks T mobile for showing what you're all about. Two thumbs down!

The customer service was horrible. I forget the name of the employee but could 100% say who it was if I saw him again. Was so dismissive and very disrespectful. Wouldn’t let me finish a sentence and only cared about getting a sale when I had switched to t mobile over the internet. Will not be going back to this store as employee made the experience just horrible.

I came in after getting an offer from Verizon for cheaper phone service - Yosh helped me figure out how to lower my monthly bill so I could stay with T-Mobile and not go through the hassle of switching. He was very informative about the benefits of being a T-Mobile customer!
