We've been using Susan since 2016 to book our reservations. Works to keep our costs down and she's able to make flight arrangements which enable us to meet up and fly together from one airport to destination, something I can't do online. We've never had any issues considering we've been to Yucatan about 6 times and Japan once since retirement. We've had minor glitches but nothing that prevented us from traveling on schedule.

This agency is the absolute best! Susan goes above and beyond to meet all of your needs to make your vacation a once in a lifetime experience. She is extremely friendly and explains and answers any questions you have. She gets to know you personally so she can tailor the vacation to your family’s liking. We have used her time and time again over the last six years! I would highly recommend this agency!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. This travel agency is an absolute joke. No wonder this is a dying industry. I visited the travel office in the Abilene Mall the first week in June and after sitting there completely ignored for over 30 minutes a young clueless girl comes out and says all the travel agents were busy but she was going to take our initial information and have someone contact us. She took down all the pertinent information and said someone would call within a week. I was like okay We were really excited to plan our trip to Paris but all I received was a promise of a call within a week. I asked if they had brochures about Paris or anything we could take to help inform us about prices/ accommodations etc. Unfortunately I was told by the young lady that they didn't have anything like that and she didn't know of anything online that could help me but that someone would contact me "really soon." So we left anxiously awaiting our phone call. Well three weeks went by and no one called. So I called the agency back. I spoke with Hester. She told me she found my info and was not sure why no one hadn't called back but that they had been really busy lately because this was their peak season. I told her that was fine but I was really anxious to plan our big trip to Paris. She said to make it up to me she would have me some options available by the end of the day and she would email them to me to look over and then she would call later that day to see what I thought. Well I waited and I waited and I checked my junk mail to see if she had sent anything. Needless to say nothing ever came and no one ever called. It is now 4 months later and I still have not heard from this joke of an agency. Thank goodness I booked the trip through America Airlines Vacations and got the dream vacation we had been hoping for. My advice- skip these clowns and go straight to one of the airlines. They were able to schedule everything and do it at an excellent price ASAP.

I would ask lots of questions before booking with them. We had problems on our honeymoon we booked with them. We even paid extra for travel insurance. They are still "trying" to resolve the issue, its been SEVEN months now!! There was very poor communication about what to do in event of needing help on our trip. When we contacted them during our honeymoon while I was injured they just directed us to someone else. The number we were given allowed is only to leave a message and we NEVER got a return call. The email we got from them was to request medical evacuation but the hotel we were staying in was giving us the run around to avoid responsibility THE TRAVEL AGENCY DID NOTHING TO HELP, JUST GAVE US THE SAME PHONE NUMBER AGAIN. Good thing it was only broken toes and not life or death. It was an absolute joke!! There are SO many different companies involved in the process of getting help I didn't know where to start. We spent money on the insuracne and still had to pay out of pocket for everything the insurance was said to cover. Hester at travel leaders is STILL working to resolve the problems, one claim was processed after five months and only covered a third of our out of pocket medical costs. We would have liked to have started this process immediately instead of having to wait weeks to figure out what to do. We would have loved to have had the support we needed when we needed it while I was out of country with broken toes!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT'S NOT WORTH IT. Nothing against Hester as a person but the company seems uncaring and it makes money off of people paying for insurance but the insurance not doing its part. SO FRUSTRATING!

Abilene office not very helpful, call Friday right before they closed said they had a note that we were picking up our papers we were already in Austin! No help at all!
