Tribe Talent Management has been a pretty great experience all around. We signed both my son Oliver and daughter Abigail with Tribe earlier this year. We paid for Abigail to go through the classes, and she and me (parent) learned A LOT. Sherry the owner always took my calls, responded to my messages, and educated me on what were good choices vs. bad for my kids. Abigail is not your typical happy, smiley, shiny kid. She's awkward, weird and quirky. She doesn't smile much or often, and she was made to feel that's OK. Especially by Miss Ernie. We've had great experiences at the photo shoots, and learned a lot. I cannot be more thankful for the amazing support Sherry Rhine-Padilla provided to my 1960s-Period Short Film Project, ['Tony's Broken World']. With less than a week, she was able to direct Tribe Talent to the project and I was happily overwhelmed with an incredible array of actors. Despite my shoot being scheduled at 1-4 AM at a downtown hotel, Tribe facilitated the project with 3 speaking roles, and 7 extras. Each individual was professional communicating with me, on time, and prepared. Their acting resumes were very helpful in arriving at casting decisions and everyone looked like their head shots. I was very impressed with how each actor made their role their own with their choices on wardrobe, props, and personality. Sherry's agency is, without a doubt, first-in-class! Please seek her for assistance with any of your creative projects. Her agency was a pleasure to work with and helped reduce the stress of project management by simply being dependable from the moment she and her team came onboard. There were two adjustments that were made within the last 72 hrs, but nothing that shattered the integrity of the project. In fact I felt at ease because I had so many viable options to pull from as a back-up plan. It was simply not an issue. I've been wanting to write this review for months, and I kept putting it off because I simply couldn't find words strong enough to truly convey my gratitude and love for Tribe.

My daughter joined Tribe in November, 2017. She was the youngest person Sherry had ever accepted, but if you met Aria you would understand why. From day one - literally THE. DAY. WE. SIGNED. - the education began. Through Tribe, Aria has been able to take some phenomenal classes on everything from acting, to runway, to how to pose in photos, and she has soaked it all up like a sponge.

Because of Sherry and her excellent reputation, Aria was able to audition for a spot at a HIGHLY COMPETITIVE entertainment industry expo, where she was able to demonstrate her talents in front of top agents, managers, and casting directors from all over the world! Aria won Overall Child Actor of the Year at the expo, beating over 85 kids aged 4-12.

Aria is only 5.

THAT is how well Sherry prepares her tribe for greatness.

Since the Expo, Aria has secured a wonderful manager in Los Angeles, and has multiple offers from agents in three major markets!

If the results aren't enough to tell you that you're in the right place, then the "Tribe Vibe" will. People can tell you that a certain group will feel like family, but I personally remain dubious until I experience it for myself. In this case, those people were right. Tribe truly is an amazing family of kind, supportive, talented people and we can't imagine life without them at this point.

So, please, if you're looking for representation OR trying to find the best talent in Nashville (not that I'm biased or anything) reach out to Sherry and Tribe. I honestly can't imagine you ever regretting it.
